"Wow. See, I don't understand much about wings and stuff." She said.

"Well," he replied, "After the sickly feathers all fall off, my wings are going to look like uncooked chicken wings," he laughed, "At least until the new plumage grows in…"

"Hmm… I don't know how I feel about dating an uncooked chicken…" She teased, laughing.

"Aw shucks.." he grinned, "Normally when that happened I just hid in my room for three days out of sheer embarassment.."

"Well you can't do that here." Skylar giggled.

"Yeah," he sighed, plucking off ragged feathers and letting them fall to the floor.

"oh you'll be fine." she said, watching the feathers drift to the floor.

(I'm here now!) (flexes)

bursts into applause, grateful tears in her eyes

(notices one tiny lump of muscle that looks like a very small meatball) (flexes again anyway)

Ace stared at Blake and Frankie, utterly disgusted by how cute they could be together. He waved his hand in their face and they didn't react, so he got out of bed again and decided to go find Macha.

Macha sighed, slipping out the door and taking a walk down the halls to clear her muddled thoughts.

Ace wandered the halls, keeping an eye out, "Has anybody seen a cute blonde? About this tall? My girlfriend? Scary?"

Macha turned a corner, eyes cast down.

Ace found himself looking at Macha's head of blonde hair. He threw his arms around her and kiss her cheek, "Macha!"
