Met grinned down at his lover as they walked. “You like Chinese, right?” He didn’t want to force Jason to eat something he didn’t want.
Met grinned down at his lover as they walked. “You like Chinese, right?” He didn’t want to force Jason to eat something he didn’t want.
Jason nods and smiles. "I love any type of Asian food." He says happily, kissing his cheek.
Met smiled and led Jason to the dwindling line. “That’s cool. I’ve only had Chinese once, but it was super good.”
He nods and kisses Met's forehead. He just couldn't stop smiling. He sighs happily. "Chinese is my go to food."
Met nuzzled Jason gently, smiling like a smol as well. “What do you usually get?”
"Sesame chicken. With egg rolls and rice." He replies, smiling a little bit.
Met leaned into Jason. “That sounds amazing!”
"It's delicious." He replies, smiling at the other happily. He kisses Met softly. "Let's go see what they have to offer."
Met kissed Jason back and wandered up to the counter, gazing up at the menu. The cashier person walked over, grinning.
Jason hums as he looks over the food. "Do you want to share a plate?" he asks Met.
Met grinned at Jason. “That’d be nice!”
Jason nods and chuckles. "What do you want to eat, love?" He asks, smiling at Met.
Met squeezed Jason’s hands and looked up at the menu. “I guess what you usually get is fine.”
He nods and orders the sesame chicken, eggrolls and rice. Together he drags them to a nearby table.
Met sat down, his back to the women.
I don’t know the next chance I’ll have… The other, unknown person’s thoughts whispered in Met’s ears.
Jason smiles lovingly at Met as they wait. "Are you okay, baby?"
Met perked up when Jason spoke. “Yes, I’m okay.” He smiled.
Perhaps when that oaf leaves I can actually sieze the chance.
Jason chuckles and nods. "Alright, baby."
Met smiled back half-heartedly. He didn’t like the sound of the person’s thoughts; it made him feel skittish and nervous.
Jason sighs happily, taking Met's hand and kissing his forehead. He runs his thumb along Met's knuckles, smiling a little.
Met tried to relax but couldn’t. He gave a slight grin to Jason, hoping the other would pick up on how uncomfortable he was.
Jason seems to see his distress. "What's wrong?" He asks softly, shifting so he was sitting next to Met.
Met glanced over his shoulder and around.
“There’s someone… strange here.” He knew his answer was vauge but he was unhappy, when he was, he couldn’t think straight.
He nods, clutching his hand. "It's going to be okay."
Met nodded. “Okay, if you’re sure.” He didn’t think Jason was sure. He couldn’t hear this person’s thoughts, after all.
Jason nods and takes a deep breath. He looks around, his fingers lacing with Met's.
Met looked down at the table, focusing in on a spot of grime. He just needed to calm down. He was overreacting….
Jason kisses his hand. "It's okay baby. I'm right here."
Met squeezed the other's hand. He nodded. “I know you are. Thank you.”
He nods and smiles a little. "Of course, baby." He chuckles.
