Growing up in an orphanage is never easy, and Malcom's Children's Home was no exception. Being one of the prettier boys, the head of the house saw fit to make Feren work for his keep. By work, Malcom meant that men would pay to rape him. Broken down, beaten, Feren saw no way out of his horrid home life, and attempted to commit suicide by overdosing on pain medication. Failing, he woke up to the first bright spot in his life, a girl with bright eyes named Jules, who could make him laugh on the worst of days. Depending on someone else was a nice change, a very welcome one, so when Feren woke up one morning to find her dead it shattered him. Running away was the hardest decision that he had ever made, hating himself for leaving everyone else back at Malcom's. He'll save them one day. He will. He promises.
Other: Carries a tarnished locket that Jules had given him soon after they met. Feren is never seen without it.
