"The room? No. I have no clue why it would have been there. It wasn't actually in the cell though, it was in the VR room." Micah explained.

Phoebe blinked. “Say that last bit again, slowly.”

ellis sat up on the bed trying to listen in.

"He said VR room," Marco repeated.

"VR room. Oh, yeah. They put this chip in my hand that made it seem like I was in this dark room with the symbol on the wall. Then it-well that's it."

Phoebe massages her temples. “That’s nit Possible. The government banned those years ago.”

"You know about these things?" The wound on his hand began to sting as he thought about it.

Marco shrugged, "huh. Well, that's interesting."

“I don’t know much.”

Mari grabbed the computer and ran into a room. Maybe if she could get the computer open, she could start hacking and finding out where the scientists were.

um when did vex die? ellis couldn't help asking..

Marco turned to Ellis, "I think it was three hours ago."

Micah nodded. "Do you know…lets say hypothetically you get ki- uh..injured in this VR land…do you still have that wound when you go back to reality?"

Phoebe shrugged. “Why?”

"Just…you know…" Micah began. "Hypothetically." He whispered.

Phoebe studied his face. “You can tell us, Micah.”

He shook his head. "No…no I can't."

Marco put to and too together. "If you were in a VR room and you were injured. That means that you can die in the VR land."

Micah gulped at Marco's statement. "Oh.."

Phoebe tilted her head. “Was it really that bad?”, she whispered.

Micah nodded. "For me…yeah. It was terrible."

Phoebe didn’t prod.

Marco wanted to sit next to Micah but decided not to. "Hey. You're alive now," Marco gave Micah a reassuring smile, "enjoy it."

He shook his head. "It's not me that I'm worried about." Micah rubbed his sore knuckles.

"Then who is it?"

"I…I don't know." Micah realized. I can't even find her parents and apologize…
