"Do you want to head back?" He asks gently, squeezing Max's hand.

"Wha-? Oh-um-It's fine," Max answered.

He nods and smiles a little bit before sighing and leaning his head back.

Max smiled at him.

V sighs quietly.

Max looked around.

A nurse came after a little while. "Do the two of you need anything?"

"No, I'm good," he answered.

She nods and leaves.

Max nodded and glanced at Velius.

Velius was sleeping peacefully.

Max smiled slightly and pecked his forehead.

V opens an eye and smiles at the other. "I had a feeling you were going to do that…" he says sleepily.

Max chuckled. "Of course you do," He mumbled, smiling at the other.

V sighs happily, shutting his eyes again.

Max smiled slightly and gently held his hand.

V sighs as he shuts his eyes.

Max sighed and rested his head in his free hand.

Velius shifted slightly in his sleep.

Max looked around, his ADHD starting to kick in.

Night bled into morning.

He was sleeping by now.

V slowly woke up and sighs quietly.

Still sleeping.

He looks over at Max and gently shakes him.

A nurse enters the room, "you're free to go…" He nods and smiles as she exits. He looks over at Max and struggles to get out of bed.

Max woke up after a few seconds and glanced at Velius. "What time is it?"

Velius shrugs and smiles weakly. "We can go home now though."

"Oh okay then. Do you need any help?" Max asked, seeming instantly more energized. There was a small smile on his face, he was happy Velius didn't have to stay in the hospital for a long time.
