Kenny finally arrived at an old abandoned bridge by a 1 mile deep lake. He took his shoes and wristwatch off and put it to the side. He leaned over the bridge, looking in to see if he could find anything.
Kenny finally arrived at an old abandoned bridge by a 1 mile deep lake. He took his shoes and wristwatch off and put it to the side. He leaned over the bridge, looking in to see if he could find anything.
Kyle rushes into the bridge not far from their house. "Kenny"
Kenny ignores him while turning around to face the car and put his things back in. He then leaped onto the railing and sat.
Kyle rushes and hugs his brother from behind. "I'm sorry…"
"No, I should be the sorry one." He said, still looking down.
"What do you mean…?" Kyle whispers into his back.
"Kenny none of this is your fault…"
"You know…"
"Kenny" His voice was soft, as he cries silently into his brothers back.
"It's mine, your girlfriend doesn't want you because of me!"
"That's not your fault!" He yells as he lets go of Kenny.
"Then who's is it?!"
"Not your!"
"I should just jump off of this thing now." He said while lowering himself.
Kyle moves and sits next to him. "No"
"Then stop seeming so depressed. Let's just go back to how things were."
"We can't go back…we can only go forward…" Kyle whispers, taking his shirt off.
"Things aren't gonna be the same, right?"
"Not if won't make them…"
Kenny took off his shirt as well. "I'm going to jump, you should probably text Jess." He then unzipped his pants while leaving his boxers.
Kyle takes his brothers arm. "Your not jumping Ken"
"What else am I supposed to do? Stay here while I embarrassed and humiliated myself. Definitely not."
"Kenny"
"Your not helping. Just go text Jess." He fully got off the rail and was now on the otherside of it. If he let go, he would fall.
Kyle was stubborn, and before he brother could do anything, he jumped off the bridge.
"Kyle!" Kenny immediately dived after him in the deep lake and swam close to the bottom to bring him up. "What the heck is wrong with you!" He screamed while pulling him up to the land. He began doing chest compression until Kyle coughed up the water.
Kyle's breathing was deep, slow, and he never opened his eyes.
"Crap!" He yelled while looking for Kyle's phone. It was soaking wet, but he was still able to dial 911.
Kyle messes up hair was soaking wet, and his face was peaceful.
Kyle looked at peace, like nothing happened.
