"It's fine " she said and gathered the rest of her lyrics.

“It’s this weekend in a night club only a city over. I know it’s last minute but this clubs pretty booked,” she said a little disappointed in herself. If she met the owner in person she would have been able to get a better night, but she could only talk over the phone. Her powers don’t work that well on the phone. So if she tried to get a better deal she could have been denied.

alita came back in carrying a big wooden chair and said as she was setting it down "it was the only one i could find."

Jessica kept trying to pick up her papers but kept dropping them "Uggg" She groaned her eyes turning purple "Screw it" she said and looked at the papers and focused really hard and the papers flaoted up to the table.

Ryver got up and put down his bass then took out his head phones.

Alita turned to her paperwork and asked col and Ryver If they had any songs that they wanted typed up

"No, I'm fine for now. But um want any food?" he asked them after answering her. "I am hungry so if you don't answer now you get nothing." he said in a joking tone.

"Yes!" Alita yelled mockingly at him "you should know by now that if food is offered i want some." she added fake scolding him

"Ok, but what type of food?" He asked her quickly

Alita answered "what are you offering for choices?"

Lexi ran in, almost an hour late for practice with her drum kit in her car. "I'm so sorry I was late, I thought my alarm was on but my phone was completely turned off." She said while interrupting their conversations.

"I am offering anything that can be cheap." he replied.

"ummm surprise me, just nothing spicy." alita answered, then she turned to lexi and said "do you need help carrying it in?"

"Nah, I'm fine." She brought in the Tom-Tom's, bass, snare, cymbals, sticks, and her sheet music. "So what are we doing now?

"Fine. Hey lexi, anything you want i am going out to get some food." he told her

"What about that Chinese place down the street?" She said while setting up her drums. "Are we working on a new song or what?" She asked Alita.

Alita answers "i don't really know how about when Ryver gets back with the food you two practice one of your songs. I have paperwork to fill out."

Kept practicing songs on the keyboard

Lexi decides to play their first song as they warm-up.

Ryver grabs his backpack and walks out to go get some food.

Jessica decided to go get some food she hadn't eaten breakfast and was starving she quickly walkedout taking the lyrics with her so they woudn't be touched.

He put his headphones in and walked to a cafe first so he could get himself a coffee, on his way there he called the chinese food place with an order so it would be done when he got there

“Wow you got us a gig!” Hazel exclaimed. “That’s awesome, babe!” She had a habit of calling everyone babe, which was sometimes confusing but Hazel thought it sounded cool. “Let’s get to practicing then so we’re ready!” She strummed a G chord excitedly.

Jessica was heading to the cafe as she walked she pulled out her phone

He got into the cafe and got in line, changing the song he was listening to before

Once jessica was there she was in line and saw a guy in front of her and tapped his shoulder thinking he looked familiar.

Hazel practiced playing some songs while Jessica was at the cafe, singing along loudly (though her voice was pretty terrible, which is why she stuck to guitar and not vocals).

Slowly he turned around and took out one earbud. "Um, Hi." he said awkwardly.

"Are we playing anywhere new tonight?" She asked Alita while checking her phone for updates. Her insta was spammed with messages and new likes and follows from their band.
