"It's, like, a half an hour to walk there!" Lilah laughed.
"It's, like, a half an hour to walk there!" Lilah laughed.
“No! I mean walk around the lake when we get there!” He chuckled. “Not walk to the lake!”
"Oh… Yeah, that sounds fun," Lilah agreed with a sheepish smile.
Cameron bumped her with a laugh. “My grammar sucks (or my writer’s does), sorry, Lilah.”
(Lol. What fourth wall?)
"It's not a problem," Lilah laughed as Cameron bumped her. "I'll make sure to tell you if I don't understand something. Or you'll figure it out."
(I dunno! Side note: Haven’t we both broken the fourth wall at least once? xD)
Cameron grinned at her. “Nice deal. I’ll be sure to watch myself.”
(Probably. I've done it multiple times in another RP, as has Turtle, who is in it.)
"All right. Should we gather the dogs and call for a ride, then?" Lilah asked.
(Dude Turtle is so great and funny xD I love RPing with them)
“Yeah! Unless you wanted to stay here, which I don’t have a problem with.” He had realized that he was being really pushy.
(She's awesome. She has the best characters.)
"No, that's fine. You're my guest, so we can do what you want," Lilah said with a grin before calling for Lilac.
(I knooowww)
Lily approached with loud succesion of barks, instead of Lilac, who the pair were expecting to run up. She jumped around their legs, as though trying to convey to them how happy she was that she found a new playmate.
(The girl she's using in one of ours is so sassy. I love her – so does her boyfriend – cough)
Lilac wasn't far behind Lily, and she sat obediently at Lilah's feet. Her tongue hung out of her mouth as she panted, he whole rear end moving as she wagged her tail.
"Well, then. Aren't you a couple of happy puppies?" Lilah laughed.
(xD)
Lily borked erratically at her voice, hopping around. She once or twice pounced on Lilac, as if trying to get her to play again.
Cameron chuckled and clipped Lily’s leash back on. “Come on, girl.”
Lilac barked in surprise when she was jumped on, then looked up at Lilah, almost seeming confused as she tilted her head to the side. Lilah laughed lightly and clipped the dog's leash back onto her collar.
"Let's go to the lake, pups."
Lily wiggled on the ground, making Cameron pluck her up instead. “Lily girl, you need to calm yourself!”
"Aw, she's just excited. Lilac would be that wiggly, too, but she's very well trained," Lilah said, giving the dog a fond look and scratching behind her ears.
Cameron glanced at the dog. “Did you train her yourself?” He sounded impressed.
"Not entirely. My father helped me," Lilah said, grinning as she remembered the time.
Cameron hummed. “He sounds like a good dog trainer.” He smiled down at Lilac.
"He's the best I know, but I suppose I don't actually know many dog trainers," Lilah laughed.
Cameron laughed too. “I’m planning on training Lily soon, but it’ll take years go get her that good.” He pointed to Lilac.
Lily, right on cue, burst into loud, high-pitched barks.
Lilac looked at the younger dog and simply laid down, yawning. Lilah chuckled at her dog, who seemed to no longer care about the puppy now that her leash was back on.
"Yeah, it took a while, but now she's so good. Aren't you, girl?" Lilah bent down to rub the top of the dog's head.
Lily whined for Lilac’s attention, heartbroken.
“Awww, poor Lily girl.” He chuckled and booped her smol nose.
Lilac gave a single, tired bark in Lily's general direction before proceeding to fall asleep with her head on her paws.
"C'mon, Lilac, we're going for a walk," Lilah said with a laugh. The dog's ears perked up, and she looked up at Lilah.
Cameron chuckled. “Me too, Lilac. I’d love to sleep right now…” He yawned.
"What about the lake?" Lilah laughed.
Cameron inhaled loudly as he pulled out of his yawn. “rIGHT THE LAKE! Let’s go!”
"Ohmygosh," Lilah murmured under her breath with a quiet laugh. She tugged on Lilac's leash a bit to get her to stand, then led the two- and four-legged group back to the castle.
Cameron thought he heard her say something and turned red. “Sorry, Lilah.”
"What for?" Lilah asked, looking at her curiously.
“You muttered something under your breath. Did I annoy you?”
