Thelisi tossed the keys away and burst into giggles, wiggling happily.

Athena retrieved the keys and put her hand on her chin, watching the child.

Thelisi grabbed up the leaf, waving it around happily. He wiggled like a happy smol.

"Happy guy." Athena smiled.

Thelisi giggled at her then sat up, waving the leaf.

"I bet you can't name that." Athena challenged.

"Weaf!" Thelisi squeaked cutely.

"Good." Athena smiled.

"Weaf! Weaf! Weaf!" Thelisi giggled.

"Betcha can't name anything else in this room."

Thelisi paused. "Athe!"

"I'm one of them. What about the keys?"

Thelisi blinked at her. "Athe!"

"No keys, I guess." Athena sighed.

"Athe! Athe! Athe! Athe! Athe!" Thelisi giggled.

"I am Athena. Good observation." Athena noted.

"aAAAAAAAAATHHHHEEEE!!!" Thelisi giggled.

"I wonder if you'll ever be able to say my name." She wondered dully.

"Athe!" The one-year-old squeaked happily, wiggling in her lap.

"I mean my real name, Athena."

Thelisi looked up at her and blinked. "Athe?"

"na. Athe-na."

"Athe!" Thelisi stubbornly squeaked.

"Mkay. Whatever you say, bud." Athena sighed.

"AAAtteeee!!! Mummmmeeee!" He giggled.

"I am not your mummy. Elise is."

"Muuuummmmeee! Silly mumee!!" Thelisi burst into giggles.

Athena sighed. It was going to be a long night.

After a while, Thelisi was yawning more than giggling and squeaking. He was a tired smol.

Athena picked up the smol and took him to the extra cradle she had.
