Miles turned a corner and hopped over dustbin. She ran along, and hopped on a bus. She dragged them on.

Mariko crossed her arms and groaned.

"Well, hands up! I'm stealin' an empty bus!"

Mariko silently read a book from the corner of her eye, ignoring Marco and Phoebe and the others.

Soldiers were surrounding them. Miles turned around, plowing through trash bins, swerving and jolting.

Vex sighed. "7?" He said to phoebe

Ayu looked at the stranged figure talking to you. Hey, I remember you. she signed

Micah leaned back, memories flooding over him again. No…I can't think about this…just think of happy things like…getting out of here or…seeing Mari… He heard the footsteps again. No..I can't deal with this again… He looked up, glaring at the man who'd had held him by the neck earlier. He did his weird entrance through the cell bars again and walked up to Micah, stopping about a foot in front of him. "I see you're happy to see me." The man grumbled. Micah didn't have time to respond before the man took out a gun, pressing it to Micah's forehead. "WHERE ARE THEY?!" He bit his lip, trying not to cry. Show no weakness… "I…I don't know who-" He started before the man cut in. "YES YOU DO! WHERE. ARE. THEY?!" Micah shook his head as the man pushed the gun closer to Micah's forehead. He saw the figure across the hall. Help me! He mouthed.

Ayu leapt up, watching the attack, tears flooding her eyes. She almost signed no, but thought better of it. She barely even knew this boy, she shouldnt get attatched,

She drove away, into a nearby feild (They were at the edge of town.) and sped along. She forgot that the location had changed, and it would be a three day drive. "Well, more like 567 miles. I forgot we had to move, It's a three day drive. Buckle up, kiddos!"

A base was nearby. A government base. She heard Micah's thoughts, and traced them there. "Detour, damsel in distress. Someone named Micah."

Mariko's head snapped up, "Micah?"

Ayu sighed, tears welling up in her eyes. vex is probably dead by now,

Vex felt a stabbing pain and fell over, losing life quickly

The man backed up, still pointing the gun at him. "TELL ME!" He aimed the gun at Micah's leg. "No..I won't. Even if I knew what you were talking about." Loosing a leg isn't such a bad thing right….?

Miles stopped the bus. She transmitted a thought, "Hold on. Mari and I and the others will break you out soon." Mile already heard those thoughts, the memories, and traced them to the crew. Either way, she could only rescue Micah, and her brother. Their cells were near the entrance, and she needed to save Nate. Tears filled her eyes, as she thought of him. Anyways, saving this Micah person would make for a better escape. She could only save two, and she chose them.

Miles said, "Mari, Pheobe, come with me. Everyone else, head into the service ducts, and hide."

(welp here we go Micah's getting shot)
The burly man smirked. "Fine. Have it your way." He shot at Micah's leg. He tried to dodge it, so instead it grazed the side of his leg. It still stung. He bit his lip again, falling down on the cold floor and trying not to let out a sound.
