Appearance: Dark hair that's a brown-black color, thick, and unruly in a neat way. Has cold violet eyes, and a tiny bit of stubble. 5'10", with hard lines and rigid forearms. Two small shrapnel scars that just miss his jugular.

Rand glances up the steps, his eyes floating around and up to the school. The place was majestic in an odd way. It looked like a monastery and a boarding academy had fused. Banners with some kind of Asian calligraphy hung down the sides. He went up the stairs, taking his stuff with him.

Rand made it to the gate, and opened it, walking through into the packed hallway. Until he came to an area that said "Greeting Room: All Students Welcome", he propped open the door, to find a small room, with three large tables filled with students, and a podium up front, where someone was talking. He steps in, taking a seat at the empty area of one of the tables.

"What's up?" Rand says to the person who arrived next to him, listening closely to the speaker up front, a woman in her twenties.

Rand scoured the room along with the teacher. These would be his comrades? Many of them were quivering in their seats. He guessed that they hadn't encountered any evil spirits like he had shortly before coming here.
