(I’m a cryer. I either get really mad or I cry when I’m upset and there’s no in between)
"Sir please-" "Leave him be." "You can't imagine what he's going through." Two familiar voices called from the doorway. They were in a seemingly human form. E a white blonde with golden eyes, a white blouse and black jeans with white sandals. Nami with black hair and deep red eyes, a black graphic tee and black jeans and sneakers. "Ma'am-" "Leave him alone. We'll take care of him." They nodded slowly and left, leaving the three, er, four of them alone again.
He barely even noticed their presence. His mind was screaming at him, this was his fault and he knew it. “I love you so much,” he whimpered again, “I won’t leave. I’ll never leave,”
(And there are the queens!)
"Ryan please." E replaced the nurse, her hand laying gently on his shoulder. "We're so sorry. We tried to convince her not to give up but the pain was too much for her. This wasn't your fault."
Her laugh made him think he’d made a mistake… no going back now…
None whatsoever. Lillian moved her hand up to his hair. She wouldn't break.
He pushed up into her with his lips, humming happily.
She smiled and played with his little curls. It was an addiction of sorts.
(And there are the queens!)
(Well their fusion just died, how couldn't they show up?)
“I thought I could make her happy. I thought I could save her,” hecould feel her limp arms, not hugging him back and it hurt so much.
They shared a look. "Ryan…we have a proposition for you." "There is a way…to bring her back."
He looked up at them, “I’ll do it,” he said quickly, “I’ll do anything,”
"Now now, let us finish." "There's no guarantee that it'll work and if doesn't, we'll have to wipe your memory of her completely. But if it does, you'll have her again." "It's a huge risk but if you want to take it, we'll be willing to go through with it."
All hope drained from his eyes once again. “No,” how did it come to this? “I can’t just forget her,”
"It might work. Maybe." "If you want to try it, we can."
“What exactly do we have to do?”
"It takes a special combination of our powers, it isn't that tough." "It's a 50/50 chance of it working."
He laid her back down, “Okay, I’ll do it,” he sniffed.
The sisters looked at each other and took a deep breath. "Let's do it." They grabbed each other's hands and recited a small incantation. The room exploded into light and when it faded, the two were gone but the heart monitor beeped. A single heartbeat. Five seconds later, another one. It had worked.
“My love,” He whispered, “Please Come back to me,”
The beeping increased in speed. She was slowly waking up. Her breathing was slow and small but it was there.
He cried again but much happier this time. “Belle?” He smile hopefully.
Her eyes fluttered open and she looked at him. She stared for a minute, slightly confused. She saw him but the recognition was gone. "Who are you?"
His smile fell. “I-It’s me, Ryan,” he squeezed her hand a little. He didn’t mention that they were engaged in fact at some point he had pocketed her ring. It would be less stressful for her if she didn’t know.
She shook her head lightly. "I-I'm sorry, I don't recognize you. I don't even know why I'm here."
“It’s onay honey,” he brushed her cheek with his hand. “We can figure this out…”
She pulled away from his touch. "Please don't touch me…" Her voice was soft and quiet. She was back to the shy, silent girl that he'd first met.
“Sorry,” he let her hand go slowly. She could stay in the guest room, it was be okay. If she fell for him once, she could again right?
She looked at him again. "You're kinda cute…" She muttered under her breath.
Ryan tried to hold back his smile and failed, “Let’s just… let’s get you home and settled in,”
(AWWWWWWw she's back!)
