"Huh? What now?" Matrix pats the tiny person's head

“Mm, nothing,” Corbin said. He kept his arm around Matrix’s waist, partly because he felt like it and partly to help him walk easier as they went into the living room.

Matrix sighs and starts to walk to the couch. His arm half holding Corbin up. Occasionally his head would scrap or bump on the ceiling.

Corbin walked to the couch and sat down, pulling Matrix to sit down with him as well. He leaned against the demon, biting his lower lip a bit.

Matrix sighs. He wanted to lean his head on the others but didn't risk it with the stubs.

Corbin thought for a moment before tilting his head a bit. He brushed his lips along Matrix’s jawline for a moment, considering that was the only thing he could reach at the moment.

Matrix chuckles slightly, "Do you want me to bend down for you Tiny child?"

“Not if you’re going to keep calling me things like that,” Corbin huffed as he went back to leaning against Matrix, now, instead.

"Wat?" He sighs and leans his head back over the back of the couch

“You heard me,” Corbin responded. He tilted his head against Matrix’s shoulder, glancing down at his hands.

"You ok, Corbin?" Matrix says, his head still back

“Yeah, I’m fine,” Corbin said after a moment. “I’m just tired, is all.”

"Uh huh. Well it is the middle of the night (right?)." Matrix wraps his arm around the human's shoulders

(Yeah). Corbin gave a gruff sounding hum in response. “I might as well go get a quick shower and get in bed, then,” he said.

Matrix nods, sitting up. He crosses his legs on the couch and slumps slightly, "Yeah… I'll raid your fridge then."

“Don’t you need to shower and sleep at some point too?” Corbin asked. He rested one of his hands on one of Matrix’s temporarily large ones

Matrix takes the human's hand and nods with a shrug, "We do. Just as much as humans. But… Im scared to touch anything at all right now in this state…" He smiles slightly

“You’ll be okay..” Corbin said slowly. He laced his fingers with Matrix’s, and gave the demon’s hand a squeeze. “I can always fix what you break.”

"Oh hush. I've already done too much damage." Matrix sighs, his hand going limp from Corbin's

“Which I can fix on my own or pay off,” Corbin reminded. “Please, Matrix? You need to take care of yourself and stop worrying about that so much.”

"I'll just trash the place! Don't worry. Ill find a well or a lake in the forest or something." Matrix snorts at the thought

“Matrix, no,” Corbin said quickly. “Don’t do that, it most likely will get you dirty instead of doing any good. You won’t trash the place. It’ll be okay, I promise.”

"Im too big." He snaps back, crossing his arms. His hand was still clamped around Corbin's

“You’ll fit in my shower, you just have to slouch over a little bit,” Corbin pressed. He continued to hold Matrix’s hand, occasionally giving it a squeeze.

"Stob it! Just wait til morning. I'll be normal sized again then!" Matrix barks and his voice cracks sharply.

Corbin flinched ever so slihtly when Matrix raised his voice. “Okay, alright, fine,” he breathed out, a muscle in his jaw twitching.

Matrix beams at him, his fangs glinting, "Danke shern!"
