"Goddamnit!" Bastian laughed loudly, squirming and curling up into a ball. Monty poked his head up from where he was nestled on Avie's head, seemingly curious

Avie was watching them with a completely confused look on her face.

Bastian continued to giggle and squirm, trying to wiggle out of Halo's grasp

Halo ends up falling and pinning Bastian to the floor.

Bastian squeaked when Halo pinned him to the floor, not quite expecting it

Halo chuckles, "Hey handsome." He purrs, winking at the other.

Bastian just laughed and rolled his eyes. "Dork," he chuckled

Halo nuzzles into his chest. "I know."

Bastian just laid there for a moment, grinning as he looked up at Monty, who was now partially lying on Avie's nose in order to look down at them

Halo chuckles as he looks at Bastian then at Monty and Avie.

"I bet they're wondering how they got stuck with us dorks," Bastian chuckled as he reached up to try and pet them both at the same time

Halo laughs and nods. "Most likely." He replies, smiling faintly as he gazes lovingly at the others.

Monty stuck his tongue out, just enough to flick it across Bastian's nose. He giggled a bit and booped Monty back, who immediately went back into the safety of Avie's floof

Halo chuckles and runs a hand along Avies fur, and she licks his hand gently. He smiles and laughs softly.

"Well, I think I need to put Monty up now. Don't want him having indigestion," Bastian said, sighing a bit as he got up off the floor

Halo nods and rolls off of him, smiling gently.

Bastian sat up and gently pried Monty off of Avie's head. The poor snake was trying his best to keep next to Avie, but he eventually gave up and let Bastian carry him to the bedroom

Avie whines and follows after Bastian and Monty, not liking how her new friend was taken from her.

Bastian glanced down at Avie when he heard the whine. “Don’t worry, he can come back out tomorrow. We don’t want him getting sick by being out a bunch after he ate,” he assured her

Avie sniffles before leaping after him and keeping an eye on Monty. Halo chuckles quietly at that.

"No, quit that! You might knock me over," Bastian laughed, hoisting Monty up higher in the air so Avie couldn't get to him

Avie whines and stops, giving big hurt eyes. She whines and Halo calls her over. She trots to him and settled on his lap.

Bastian pouted a little at her before going and setting Monty in his cage. He then walked back in and sat by Halo. He grabbed Avie and plopped her on his lap instead

(I CAN'T BUY CHICKEN NUGGETS)

Avie nuzzled into Halo's lap happily before yelping when she's picked up by Bastian. She gives him an arrogant look before returning to Halo.

(YES LMAO)

"Avie, come back," Bastian complained, making grabby hands in her direction. "I had to put Monty up in case he got sick, it's not my fault he had to get put away," he complained

Avie huffs, lifting her tail at Bastian in an indignant gesture. She nuzzles into Halo's hand and Halo chuckles quietly.

Bastian pouted at that. So instead he picked Avie up, rested himself across Halo so his back was on Halo's legs, and plopped Avie down on his chest
