Listen I'm not going to suggest this outright, because it ain't for everyone. But why don't you just cast off all that hate you've been dealt.

I'm not going to hold your hand and tell you you're pretty, and all that. Personally, all I have is your word to go by to tell me that you aren't. But I trust you.
But if you don't think you're pretty, then get there, yeah? If you need to lose weight, or get into shape, or whatever, there are adequate workout plans for young women all over the internet. Start a diet, take up yoga, cardio, and some bodyweight exercises. If you need prettier skin and hair, get products, eat lots of fish, and cold showers help. Anything you want to do is within reach as long as it's reasonable, and even sometimes if it's not.
