“Oh. Hey. Not bad. Better than I have in a while,” Seneca replied. He hoped his exhaustion didn’t show.

“That’s good,” Eli commented. He got up, stretching his arms out wide. He tilted his head to the side a few times, just to crack his sore neck a bit.

"So, were we going to head back out? Look for other survivors?" Seneca asked, getting up and pacing the floor a little bit. "As I think more and more, the more I believe the city's going to be empty and dead. Entirely."

“Well, we can go look,” Eli said. “But I don’t think there are any people left, really. I only found you because you came into the city. I’ve been here for months, and I haven’t seen a soul.”

“Hmm. You’re right… If it was like that before the quake, I can’t imagine how truly bare it is now,” Seneca said, thinking out loud.
(Are we the only people active on this rp now??)

“Yeah.. a lot of people died in the floods and earthquake,” Eli said. “And then the disease came and picked off most of those survivors.

"This is all hypothetical, and I know it's not the case, but what if we're the only people left in the world?" Seneca asked, clearly deep in thought, "It's already lonely as it is, and I'm glad I found you- or anyone at all. It's just hard to imagine a world devoid of life."

“Well..” Eli started to say, but stopped. What would happen then? It’s not like they could reproduce. The human race would just die out. “Yeah, I agree. It is good to finally have some company,” he said with a nod of his head.

I'm still here just don't know what to do

(Well I think Seneca and Eli are about to head into the city again, so they could meet there maybe.)
"Uh… so… did you want to get going?" Seneca asked.
He saw that his hands were shaking a little bit, but he figured he'd be alright.

(That works! Sorry I wasn’t on, I was on a mental health break for a bit)

“Yeah, that’d be best. Let’s see if we can find other people or maybe some supplies,” Eli agreed. He stepped over to the door and pulled his boots on before walking into the kitchen to get his backpack.

Alexa waved her hands in front of the guy, seeing that he had zoned out. "Hello…" She tilted her body slightly to the right and left so that he would snap out of it.
