One caught Andion’s eye. A simple, sliver necklace with a shining purple crystal hanging down from it.
Later, come back for it..
“I’m perfectly fine to go on missions. We do what we have to do even if we have injuries.” He said, walking away from the store.
Blaine tore her gaze away from the shop. "Hm? Oh, yeah. But still…"
“Still nothing. You know, if we can’t go on missions because of injuries, we could always help train the younger ones…” Andion suggested, shrugging a shoulder.
"I suppose that's true," Blaine agreed, nodding slowly. She glanced at him and smirked. "But no combat for you."
“What!? No, that’s not fair.” Andion whined, frowning at her.
"Hey, it's not my fault you didn't think to use the blunt swords when we were sparring. If we had, you wouldn't be in this position," Blaine said with a shrug.
“You didn’t think of it either…” He muttered, crossing his arms.
"I'm not a swordswoman, so I hardly ever use them. I forgot about them," Blaine said defensively.
“Fine, fine. I’ll take the blame.” Andion huffed. He somewhat looked like a child when they didn’t get their own way as a kid.
Blaine gave Andion an amused look. "You know, sometimes you remind me of a five-year-old," she remarked, shaking her head with a smile.
Andion's face flushed, "I'm not- whatever." He knew complaining would prove her point further so he tried his best to go back to his normal state of calm.
Blaine laughed and playfully bumped him with her hip. "I'm just teasing you. Calm down."
Andion rolled his eyes but his smile returned, “I know, I know.”
"Good. We don't want a grumpy assassin on our hands, now do we?" Blaine joked, her eyes sparkling with a teasing glimmer.
“You Do like joking, don’t you?” Andion teased, walking up behind the other and wrapping his arms around her.
Blaine blushed but glanced over her shoulder at him. She shrugged a bit as she answered, "It depends on the situation. I can be serious if I need to be. At this moment, though, I don't feel the need to be."
“I think I like this Blaine better then your stuck up state.” Andion murmured resting his head on her shoulder.
"I'm not stuck up," Blaine mumbled, turning back around to face forward. "I just know what I want and how I want it."
“And what situations might that apply too?” Andion purred, placing a light kiss to her neck.
Blaine shivered at the kiss and narrowed her eyes slightly. "You took that way worse than I meant."
Andion laughed, “So? Does it matter?” He asked, placing another kiss to the same spot.
"Kinda," Blaine muttered, her eyes half-closed as Andion kissed her neck. "Are you trying to accomplish something there?"
“Would you like me to stop?” He asked, pulling away slightly.
"I didn't say that. I was just asking you a question," Blaine murmured, turning back to look at him again.
When Blaine turned, Andion captured her mouth with his own, spinning the rest of her body as well. He placed a hand to her face as he kissed her.
Blaine made a noise of surprise when Andion's lips were suddenly on hers. After her initial moment of shock was over, though, she kissed him back. She closed her eyes as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
Well that was unexpected.
No it wasn't. Now hush and let me enjoy this.
Andion placed his other hand on her waist, the one on her face running gently through her hair. He didn’t know what had possessed him to kiss her so suddenly but he was glad he did.
Blaine moved closer to Andion, closing the slight gap between them. She hummed a bit in contentment, moving one of her hands to entangle her fingers in his hair.
Andion smiled against the kiss, deepening it slightly. He now let both hands rest lazily at Blaine’s waist.
After a moment, Blaine pulled back gently. She smiled up at him as she caught her breath.
"That was good," she breathed with a slight smirk and reddened cheeks.
