"So I guess we'll decide tomorrow after school?" Vash leaned her head on his shoulder. "It seems phones always interrupt our making out." She joked laughing a little.

“Yes, and they do, don’t they?” Blue’s phone had just dropped back onto the bed when he pulled Vash closer with a smile, “So just where were we?”

"Mhm I believe here." Vash leaned in to kiss him again lacing her arms around him so she could be closer. "I swear if I ever see your dad again I'm gonna punch him in the face for you."

“You do that…” Blue murmured, eyes fluttering closed as he asked, “He went to jail, right?” Gosh, Blue sure hoped his father went to jail, or else the whole system is probably messed up. He was glad to be rid of the man, like a weight was lifted. Blue even felt stronger now. Or maybe it was just Vash kissing him.

"I don't know him all that well, but he seems cool." Ty just shrugged, he was a bit worried about him though. Seeing him all bruised up like that sitting on the hospital bed. It was sad.

"I'm pretty sure he did." Vash mumbled agenst Blues lips. She sighed pulling back and flooping back on her bed again. "I guess we should get to sleep? After all we've got school then a date planed."

"I don't know him all that well, but he seems cool." Ty just shrugged, he was a bit worried about him though. Seeing him all bruised up like that sitting on the hospital bed. It was sad.

"Yeah…" Her voice trailed off and her breathing began to slow. She was awake, just not by much, holding onto reality by a string.

"You can sleep if you want." Ty moved his head and instead laid Kate's head on his shoulder. He knew he wasn't going to be sleeping for a while, especially since he's not tired.

"I'm not tired." Everything in her voice said the opposite. She turned her head to look up at him. "I'm really not." She gave him a light peck on the cheek.

Ty picked her up and took her to Serra's room and laid her on the bed. "Kate, sleep." He walked over and opened the curtain so the stars would be visible to her. "Should I lay with you for a bit?"

Kate nodded slightly, happy that the curtains were open. She moved over a little so there would be room. If felt nice to be laying down all the pressure relieved.

Ty laid next to her and wrapped the blanket around them. "You can sleep here if you want, or do you want me to take you home?" Ty was fine with either, but her staying here closer to him would make him feel better.

Kate moved towards his warmth placing her head on his chest. "Here is good." Why would she want to go where Ty wasn't? I love him so much.

"Okay, we'll just wake up early to get you some new clothes in the morning." Ty breathed in her scent. "When you fall asleep I'll move to my room." He rubbed her head to help her relax.

Kate stayed silent, reality suddenly talking too much energy. She slowly slipped off into sleep, her heart begged to stay awake with Ty, but everything else screamed for sleep. And so, she gave in to the intensity of everything else and fell asleep.

Once Kate was asleep, Ty snuck out of bed and went to his own. He changed and brushed his teeth before jumping and relaxing into his bed and falling asleep.

Kate woke up for no particular reason, just that she did. She looked out the window to see the stars were still there. I think I've been asleep for a few hours… She lays there for what feels like forever, trying to sleep, but her eyes always snap back open. Eventually, she decides to get up and star gaze in attempt to dim down. She finds her way to the front on the lawn and sits down, staring right up at the twinkling lights.

"I'm pretty sure he did." Vash mumbled agenst Blues lips. She sighed pulling back and flooping back on her bed again. "I guess we should get to sleep? After all we've got school then a date planed."

“Yeah, we probably should…” Blue murmured, laying down next to her sleepily, “Should I get an air matress out?”

"Nah." Vash laughed slightly. "I think you can stay up here." She mumbled sleepily. Before she could say anything else sleep over took her. A dark, dreamles, peaceful sleep.

Ty slept through the night and slept really well. The alarm next to his bed went off indicating that it was time to get up and ready for school and to take Kate to change her clothes. Quickly he got up and made himself look more decent today than normal since they were going on a double date.

Kate saw lights turning on suddenly making her realize something. It's morning. She had been out there all night, just staring at the stars. She quickly got up, dusted herself off, and walked back inside quietly, hoping Ty didn't notice. How was I out there all night? What really confused her was how she didn't fall asleep. She had been so tired the night before, but once she woke up, the feeling was gone.

"Kate, are you ready to go?" They still had to go get her some clean clothes before heading to school. Ty finished brushing his hair before walking out into the living room. "Would you like some water?" Ty got a cup and poured some water into it.

Kate finished getting ready and walked into the living room. "Yes and yes." She graciously took the cup and drank a little of it. "You're looking nice."

Blue smiled tiredly, tugging a blanket to wrap around her before scooting closer and tucking Vash into his arms. I love you… It was barely a few seconds before he was snoozing too, into a peaceful sleep.

Vash awoke to the sound of her clock and jumped slightly. "Blue." She mumbled wiggling out of his arms. "We're gonna be late…again." She planted a kiss on his forehead smiling. "Uuuh…wanna barrow a shirt? Or just go in the one your in now?" She laughed slightly. Most of her shirts where over sized or men's considering she didn't like anything that fit tightly.

“Hhmmmwhaaat?” Blue murmured, eyes only half open. He yawned while saying tiredly, “The shirt I’m wearing right now smells bad…” He just wanted to curl back up again and go to sleep. The bruises seemed slightly worse today, or maybe it was just because he was tired. Blue didn’t have enough brain power to think.

"Come ooon." Vash grabbed his arm tugging lightly. "We're gonna get detention again." She laughed thinking about the last time. "Here." She went to a box in the corrnor where she kept her cloths. She pulled out a plain black shirt and tossed it at Blues face. She then grabbed another shirt and hurried to the bathroom to change.

Blue slid his shirt off quickly, feeling slightly awkward, and hastily put the next one on. It fit well enough, and he smiled lazily and yawned. Blue glanced at the window, then at the doorway. Joe, though…

Vash returned smoothing out her shirt, "does it fit okay?" She asked referring to the shirt she'd lent Blue. She rummaged threw a pile on the floor, looking for a clean hoodie to pull on.

“Yeah, it’s nice, thank you,” Blue said tiredly with a smile, “What should I do about, um, leaving? Should I go out the window?” He asked with another yawn. Going back to sleep sounded so enticing…
