Kelton rolled out from under his foot and stood up. "I don't know." He shrugged, a small smile on his face.

“Well I suck at cooking, so either you’re making something, or we’re going out to eat,” Tao leaned on the counter.
"I'm good at cooking, so I'll cook?" Kelton said. He moved some hair out of his face.
“M’kay, I have…” Tao opened the cuboards, finding nothing but dishes. That wasn’t gonna be helpful, “Nothing. So… Imma ask my sister to get us some food. What do you need?” Tao asked, grabbing his phone from his pocket and opening his texts, selecting his sister. He looked at Kelton and waited.
"Well, what do you want me to cook?" Kelton asked. He sat down on the counter and slightly swung his legs.
“I don’t care, what do you want to cook?” Tao retorted, trying to force Kelton to choose for once in his life.
(lol)
"Well, what type of foods do you like?" Kelton asked. He fiddled with the hem of his shirt because why not.
“I’ll eat anything, what foods do you like?” Tao pushed, irritated.
"What if I just make a random food?" Kelton asked when he realized Tao was getting irritated at how Kelton usually didn't have an opinion on anything.
“What. Is. Your. Favorite. Food.” it was more of a demand than a question. Tao glared at Kelton, daring him to say something like, “I don’t care,” or “What do you want?”
"Welll……uhm…….." Kelton said quietly and awkwardly. He moved back a little bit when Tao glared at him, making sure not to make eye-contact.
"If you don't make a decision, I'll have to go to my last resort. Worse than tickling," Tao threatened.
Layla was awfully quiet. So quiet that it was uncomfortable to HER and she was the one being so quiet. Sometimes she wanted to yell, others she wished she didn't have to speak ever again.
Jordan sighs, closing his eyes to the darting fish under him
Alena turns to Marcus. "Can you help me?" She bursts out suddenly.
Marcus jumps a bit and turns to her, eyes wide. "W-wha-um..s-sure? With..what?" He asks slowly.
Alena pauses, looking down. "Get over my fear of water…" Her voice was barely above a whisper.
Jordan snorts. The end of his tail slowly slips into the water. Then he yanks it upward, sraying the two with water, "Here you go!"
Marcus catches most of the water with his magic, not wanting to get wet for a third time. He drops it back into the pond and grins at Jordan. "That is not the way to go about it, but thank you." Then he looks at Alena. "I wouldn't mind helping you at all. I helped my best friend get over his hydrophobia..then again, he wasn't raised to hate water…um, b-but I'll do my best."
"That's the spirit kiddo…" Jordan yawns.
Alena hisses at Jordan but smiles at Marcus. "Thanks…"
"If you don't make a decision, I'll have to go to my last resort. Worse than tickling," Tao threatened.
"What is it? And what if we just make pizza? Everyone likes pizza right?" Kelton asked. He was second guessing himself right now.
"Is pizza your favorite food?" Tao asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Yea," Kelton nodded quickly.
"Hmmm…" Tao narrowed his eye, suspicion arising, "Ok….."
"And what were you going to do if I didn't answer?" Kelton asked, still sitting on the counter.
"You'll never know," Tao mused, texting his sister what they needed.
"Please?" Kelton asked.
"Nope!" Tao looked at the text, "My sister will be here in half-an-hour or so."
Alena hisses at Jordan but smiles at Marcus. "Thanks…"
"Of course." Marcus returns the smile, and his phone chimes again. He sighs and wipes the water from his hands before taking it out again. He immediately cringes and covers the screen. Neil really did need him now. He stands up and stretches, looking toward the forest. "I-I have to go. Um, I might come back..maybe..if Neil doesn't go and die on me."
