"Relax, its just me" Avery says "i just wanted to know your name"

Marcus looked up when he heard a sploosh (lol, sorry), and he covered up a giggle when saw Alena in the water. When he heard his name come from his phone, he put it back to his ear, keeping his eyes on the pond to make sure everything was okay.

Alena hisses, resurfacing, and swimming back to the edge, a steady hiss escaping her mouth. She was soaking.

""are you okay?" he asked "i have towels in the house

Jordan comes up for air, his hair in his face and a wiggling fish clamped in his non-poisonous fangs

Alena shakes herself off, still wet.

(can snakes actually swim? If so, how the heck?)

Marcus nods half-mindedly as Neil continues to rant over the phone, but he starts spacing out as soon as he sees Jordan. He almost drops his phone, but shakes his head to refocus when he hears Neil groaning, "Maarcuuuus. Mmmarrrcusssss".

Alena jumps into the tree above Marcus, dangling by her legs. Her wet hair was splashing him.

(They can. And to be honest i have idea. He anchored himself to the ground he is that big)
Jordan crawls back to the shore and sits there, tearing the raw meat.

"You know what? im just going to go inside and sleep" he mutters under his breath "Hey, ill be in the house! call me if you need anything"

Marcus gasps and looks up when he feel water fall down on him. "Wha-hey! Why?" He asks, stepping away and shaking his head.

Jordan clamps his teeth around the head, yanking it clean off with a weird sucking noise

Alena laughs, swinging back up and balancing on her feet.

(oof, I cringed at that)

Marcus sighs, drying whatever part of his clothes were wet, then looks over at Jordan when he hears a strange, kinda gross noise. He shudders as he watches the nagi eat a raw fish, and he blinks to avert his attention back to his phone. "Are you sure you're okay?" Neil asks, and Marcus nods to himself. "Y-yeah, are you?"
"I'm fine. Just wish you were here."
"I know, I know, b-but I told you something..happened. Look, I'll be there by tonight, okay? Just get some rest."
Without waiting for a response, Marcus hangs up and puts his phone back in his pocket.

Alena jumps down in front of him. "What was that about?"

Marcus' ear twitches, and he answers, "W-what? Nothing, just my friend. We were supposed to go to out today, but he got sick, a-and then…we all broke a nagi out of the zoo, so.." He looks at the ground and raises his brow, as if to say "a lot happened".

Alena nods. "Ah ok…"

Tao sighed and whispered to Kelton, "What should we do…? They probably won't be safe in the city after the fiasco that happened."

"I could let them live with me???? I don't know." Kelton whispered back.

"You don't have any ideas? Now what are we supposed to do? You're the brains of this operation!" Tao muttered. He sighed, "To be completely honest? I kinda wanna just leave them… they're…. weird….. to say the least."

Tao sighed and whispered to Kelton, "What should we do…? They probably won't be safe in the city after the fiasco that happened."

Kelton chuckled, "I guess."

Alena had climbed onto the tree over Tao and Kelton, and was listening to their conversation.

Kelton glanced Alena, "Do you know about the word privacy?" He asked.

Alena shrugs. "Trees have a way of whispering." She was talking in riddles

"And I hate riddles so please talk in English, not riddles," Kelton replied.

"Riddles? Well…riddle me this? Why are two hybrids dogging on their own kind?"

Jordan was now soaking in the pond. He didnt care that he was alone and the water was probably radioactive.

"It's because those two hybrids want to see what the hell was going on."
