hey guys I'm writing a thing and idk if I've ever shared my writing here, probably not bc I'm nervous but here's a paragraph from this chapter thingy I wrote

“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Does anybody know who said that?” The class stayed silent. Nobody even looked at the teacher as he obnoxiously sipped his coffee, waiting patiently for a response. After a few moments passed, he sighed in disappointment again. “Right, okay, does anybody have any thoughts on the quote?” Someone coughed. Julian, a boy with curly red hair and freckles, shivered in the cold classroom.

“Winston Churchill,” somebody finally said from the back of the classroom, sounding bored. The teacher’s face lit up when he heard her. “I’ve seen that one online.” Julian rolled his eyes.

The girl who had spoken was Brittany. She had mousy brown hair, clothes that were way too tight for her, fake eyelashes that were currently falling off. She held her head high, chin pointed up and chest sticking out. Julian honestly couldn’t tell if she was doing that because she was an entitled rich kid with the maturity of a toddler, or if she was just desperately trying to display her non existent tits.

AHAHAHAHAHA I loved the last sentence!!! It's literally every rich female here in Alaska!!! You're writing is really nice. It's exactly how high school students act.
