âOooh rah, Iâll be sworn in as your forever guy?â
âOooh rah, Iâll be sworn in as your forever guy?â
"Well that's one way to put it." She giggled.
âIt really doesn't.â
âYes it does,â he closed his eyes, he blissful feeling of her cold skin was getting to him.
Lillian sighed. She wasnât going to get to him, âWhatever you say babe.â
"Well that's one way to put it." She giggled.
âDo you want to go back in now?â He felt bad for making her leave.
âIt really doesn't.â
âYes it does,â he closed his eyes, he blissful feeling of her cold skin was getting to him.
Lillian sighed. She wasnât going to get to him, âWhatever you say babe.â
âPerfect,â he grinned, âWait. Whatever I say? Youâre giving me too much controlâŚâ
"Only if you feel ready to."
âSo?âLillian laughed, âIs that a bad thing?â
"Only if you feel ready to."
âYeah Iâll be okay,â You hope.
"Are you sure?"
"Are you sure?"
No. âYeah, Itâll be okay,â
âSo?âLillian laughed, âIs that a bad thing?â
âAs long as I donât let it go to my head and make me think Iâm the king,â
She sighed heavily. "You can go in, I need a minute."
âI wonât. But if I do then Iâm the queen. Hmmmm.â
âI wonât. But if I do then Iâm the queen. Hmmmm.â
âYouâre always the Queen,â
She sighed heavily. "You can go in, I need a minute."
He didnât want to have to go without her, âOkay, Iâll be just inside okay?â
"Mhmm, got it." She was barely listening, her hands fidgeting and a loose thread on her shirt.
âHey, Whatâs wrong?â He almost went in but stopped.
"Nothing, it's nothing." She could feel her panic rising. Her thoughts were already a mess, this wasn't helping.
âBelle,â he reached to grab her hand. âWhatâs going on?â
"Nothing, really, I'm fine." She stepped back, almost scared.
âBelle, IâŚâ he couldnât leave her now. âLook at me,â
She forced her eyes up to look at him, her mind desperately trying to find an escape.
He focused his eyes on her, âJust breath,â
She took a few deep breaths, thankful she managed to keep them from shaking. "I'm fine, really. I just need a minute to myself."
Ryan nodded, honestly just feeling down and pathetic at this point he gave in. âAlright, Iâm going,â he sighed and went inside.
She sighed in relief and headed around to the back of the building. A familiar figure was stood there and she did not look pleased. "Are you kidding me??" "Hanna I-" "Shut your mouth! How many times have I warned you against this?" "Hanna please if you'd just listen-" Her sentence was cut off by a violent slap to the face. "I said shut up! I've already been going crazy trying to keep them off your back and now this? You get a week. Get rid of him or I will." Hanna growled, landing a sick punch to the face, giving her a quickly bruising black eye before stalking off. Belle sank to the ground, sobbing.
Ryan slunk back by the stage, sitting in the audience and feeling like a pathetic asshole for leaving Belle out there alone.
A week, only a week. She only sobbed harder. She didn't want to leave him, she'd promised.
"I can't," He said under his breath as he stood back up and walked outside. Since then the snow had picked up, the white that surrounded his eyes made it hard to see his surroundings but he had changed his mind, he wouldn't leave her alone. "Belle?" He called into the air, the sound only echoing back to him and he tried to see through the snow, "Belle! Where are you?"
She heard him and her heart stung. She couldn't respond without bursting into tears. Her sobs only grew louder, she only hoped he could hear her.
