Vin heard Tenmujin speaking and perked back up. “Nope, nope I’m fine.”
Vin heard Tenmujin speaking and perked back up. “Nope, nope I’m fine.”
"I would expect you would be tired from your journey. It's alright, you can keep the pups with you. They wouldn't want to leave anyways," Temujin chuckled
Vin blinked. “Are you sure?” He didn’t want the pups to leave, or the larger dragon.
"Of course. Baal finds you worthy, and if he does I have no reason to not trust you. Come, you may rest in the shrine," Temujin said before getting to her feet. The desert dragon, who had refused to come to the name Temujin called it, stayed in her lap. "Sekhmet, come on," she said with a roll of her eyes. The desert dragon then got up, followed by Noc
Vin looked at the large dragon wrapped around him. “Ah, could you move, please?”
Coatl rumbled a whine before uncurling from Vin. The brightly covered dragon yawned before nudging Vin. The pups slowly awoke, though they weren't happy about it
Vin stood up with the dragon’s nudge, yawning. “I’m going, I’m going…” He started to trudge to the temple after Temujin and the pair of dragons.
The pups crawled up Vin so that they had a better hold on him while he walked. Temujin led them over to a temple of sorts with more Japanese styling. There were a few stray dragons standing around, but most were distracted by the presence of Baal
Vin looked around the temple with a yawn, holding fast to the dragon and wyvern pups around his neck. “Where’s the bed?”
"Guest rooms are down the left hall," Temujin said, pointing towards said hall before disappearing into the living room area. It wasn't too cluttered, and it was rather open with the exception of the odd scroll or such. It was of older Japanese style, and was very bright
Vin gazed around, transfixed and happy with the decor. He did this for a bit until he realized he was at the end of the hall. He turned and walked into a room.
The pups followed in with him, still clinging to Vin. Coatl whined and rested their head on the floor in front of the door, wanting to be allowed in
Vin looked over his shoulder at the massive dragon. “Come on!”
Coatl immediately perked and squeezed their long body through the doorway. They yapped happily before looping around the bed and then looking up at Vin
Vin laughed gently and laid down carefully on the bed, letting out a gentle sigh. He hugged the pups close and set his head down on the pillow with a grin.
Lagi immediately wormed his way between Vin's arms, purring happily as he hugged Vin. Sansushi was now coiled around Coatl, who was resting their head on Vin's waist
Vin glanced up and around for Sansushi. He hadn’t felt the wyvwern loop off of his arm, therefore worried.
Sansushi slowly peered up from where she was wrapped around Coatl's head, and she yawned slowly before resting on the larger dragon's head
Vin made a soft humming noise and set his head back down, already warm and comfy. He started to doze, his eyes closing.
Coatl purred softly, happily coiled around the others. In the hallway Noc was sniffing at the ground where Vin had walked, and when he passed the door he seemed to narrow his eyes at Vin
Vin twitched and turned his head to the new dragon. He grinned and gently beckoned it.
Noc just huffed and glared at him. The dragon went to walk away, but Coatl gave a small whine at him. Noc growled softly before padding into the bedroom, looking annoyed as he curled up on the floor a bit away from the bed
Vin laughed at Noc’s grumpiness. “Come here! I won’t hurt you!”
Noc didn’t even look his way, just huffed out a growl. Coatl whined again, but Noc didn’t listen to them
Vin sat up and scooted over to the little dragon. He carefully bent down to lift the dragon up, ready to be denied.
(Noc's a big boi but okay lmao)
Noc whipped his head around and glowered at Vin, a faint growl rising in his throat. Though he was silenced by a barking growl from Sekhmet in the doorway
(Oof)
Vin pulled away a bit, rather put off by Noc’s expression. Maybe I should just leave this one be.
Sekhmet and Noc yapped at each other before Sekhmet just climbed up on the bed with Vin. To make a point that Noc was being irrational, the usually stoic desert dragon rested both heads across Vin's belly
Vin gave Sekhmet a look but stroked their heads gently. He grinned a little and relaxed back into the bed with a gentle sigh.
Noc glowered at Sekhmet before giving a huff. He seemed a little cold on the floor, and after a while the desert dragon reached one head over to nudge him. Noc huffed and nuzzled them back, but after a minute he grudgingly got up on the bed as well
