Jordan grunts slightly as he rolls onto his stomach then pushes up to his hands and knees. He sits back no his heels and looks around. The bump on his head throbbing horribly.

(He’s talking to Seneca.)
Seneca thought he might have heard something- a human voice, perhaps. Still shaking, he did a quick sweep of his surroundings, and he missed Eli at first, but then his figure caught his eye.
"Uh… hello?" he called, feeling faint. Things were a little surreal at the moment.
Eli’s pace quickened to a jog, and he eventually stopped when he saw the whites of the young man’s eyes. He still should be cautious. “Are you okay?” He asked.
Jordan stumbles against a wall, bounces off it and falls. His legs felt like jello when ever he tried to get up after that. His head was spinning and he couldnt see straight
Seneca tilted his head. "What was that?" He heard sound, but Eli wasn't close enough. Seneca couldn't make out the individual words.
He hoped he wouldn't scare the other young man off. He hoped he wouldn't think he still had the plague, but he appeared sick and worn down, so that was likely.
I am there//
(Hi)
Luke got up from under an already crumbled down building and looked around. It wasn't the worst earthquake that had happened, but the damage was still significant. He saw a man walking around and Luke would have assumed that he was drunk but nowadays it was hard to get alcohol and no one wants to be drunk during these times. He walked over to the guy and then out of nowhere he fell. He wasn't a doctor but knew that it wasn't normal. It was most likely from the earthquake that had happened. There was dried blood on his head and his pupils were blown.
"Hello, can you here me?" He decided to start off with. His eyes weren't closed but it seemed like he had birds flying in a circle around his head. If he heard him, the man was most likely still alive.
Jordan looks around, "Huh? Who? Me?" He points to himself, trying to see straight through the weird lights in his eyes.
"No, I'm talking to the clouds. Of course you." Now Luke knew that he was in fact alive so he stuck his hand out for him to reach so he could get up. "Can you walk?"
"I dunno. Can I?" Jordan stumbles slightly but got to his feet. At be it he resembled a new born fawn on it's wobbly legs.
"That's a start. Maybe wanna consider removing that armor of yours. Is there anything important in it that will help you survive" Luke put his hands in his back pocket and rocked himself on his heels.
"Huh?" Jordan looked from the guy then to his attire, "What's wrong with it, bub?"
"Nothing at all, maybe some of the items are keeping you from walking properly or it might feel to heavy."
Jordan's mind was moving so slow he didnt even register what the guy had said, "Eh? Im perfectly fine! And I just realized you're a survivor!" His voice was slightly louder than usual.
Eli frowned a bit, something he barely ever did. He walked a bit closer and raised his voice. “Are you alright?” He asked again. The young man appeared to be a bit out of it. If he was infected, he wouldn’t get close enough to touch him.
“Y-Yeah…” Seneca replied, mostly hesitant because of fear, “And before you freak out, just know that yes, I was infected, but I lived, and I’m no longer contagious. I’m just still very weak. And I can barely hear in case you couldn’t tell.”
"So, what's in the stuff on your back? Is it food or something to keep you alive or what." He slowly steadied himself back onto his two feet.
"Army… Medical stuff… I was trying to help evacuate this building." He waves vaguely to his side at that heap of rubble.
“Wait, you were infected? I dint think that they developed a cure yet,” Eli said, taking a few steps closer. He would admit that, along with being cautious, he was fairly curious.
"So, is there any food in there." Luke asked, he was quite hungry and the earthquake completely destroyed his last food supplies.
"I… Never checked…" Jordan looked back at his pack. He coughs hard and chokes slightly. (He is ow-key infected. It will get worse later on.)
"That doesn't matter. It's a virus, isn't it?" Seneca answered, "It can pass on its own. This one just happens to be really violent and few people survive it. And before you say anything, this doesn't make me strong. Just lucky."
Eli frowned a bit more and he nodded his head slowly. He would find out more about it later. “Well, where are you from?” He asked, now standing in front of him.
"Are you okay, man?" Luke put his hand on his shoulder and looked to see if his face showed discomfort. Luke didn't really fear for his life, so if he got infected from the dude in front of him he wouldn't care.
Jordan waves him off, tries to talk but doubles over choking and coughing. He didnt feel infected before! Why now?!! He was doing so well in avoiding it!
"Maryland, originally. Not far from D.C. How about you?" Seneca asked.
His ears were ringing and buzzing a bit, and it was just slightly uncomfortable and distracting, and it made it just a little harder to hear.
"You need to get to a medic fast but I don't know if there even are any." Luke thought for a minute before remembering something. "Didn't you say you had medical stuff in your backpack thing?"
"Yeah? I am a medic." Jordan chokes out.
