Apollo shrugged. “I’m a God. I learned a lot of stuff.”

She grunted. “Well, so am I, and look at me.” She rolled her eyes.

Apollo stared at her. “Are you sure?”

“What do you mean?” She tilted her head at him.

“You just said you were a God!”

"Oh." Her eyes go wide for a second, then her posture sags. "Um…surprise?"

Apollo rolled his eyes. “Yeah, thanks….”

"Well, what else was I gonna do, just barge into your house and say, 'Hey, Apollo, I'm a goddess, bye.'" She adjusts Thelisi on her knee.

Apollo rolled his eyes. “I thought you two would tell me!”

"Well, we were going to, but then Zeus would probably make me go to the warfront." She shuddered. "With Thelisi, that's probably not the best idea."

Apollo sighed. “What makes you think I’d tell him? I wouldn’t tell him something like that.”

“Yeah, but…no offense, but Havenwood’s the only god I trust well…” She looked back at Havenwood, smiling softly.

Apollo shrugged. “Makes sense. Had a kid with the guy.”

Elise raised her eyebrows. “Among many other things.”

Apollo hummed. “Yes, right… what…. were those things?”

“What do you think?” The brow went higher.

“You guys already did a lot. You had a kid.”

“Yeah, Okay. Anyways-“ she glanced back at Havenwood- “it’s not that I don’t trust you, I just trust him more.”

Apollo raised an eyebrow but said nothing until, “Understandable.” Was said.

Elise nods silently, gazing down at Thelisi, whose gaze has drifted between the two.

Apollo glanced down at the child too.
Then, suddenly, out of no where the child burst into laughter.

(I do that so often lol iz fine)
"What is it with you and laughing?" Elise poked Thelisi's nose gently, giggling a little herself.

Thelisi grabbed her finger in his little hands and continued giggling away.
Apollo grinned at the smol child. “He’s so cute!”

"I know." She gazed at the infant lovingly.

Thelisi giggled and fell against Elise’s chest, happily giggling away.
Apollo gave a happy sigh.

"Like having this one as a nephew?" Elise joked, wrapping her arms around Thelisi gently.

Apollo nodded. “Yiiis he’s so cute!”

She rolled her eyes, smiling, gazing adoringly down at the infant.

Thelisi made a soft noise in his throat, coughed, paused for a moment in his giggles, then continued.
