“Well, you can try,” Yeon retorted, chuckling.

Laima laughed in return, popping off her tube's cap. She walked over to where Dove and herself were standing the night before, sprinkling a little powder on the ground. The ground seemed to burn before turning and staying a charcoal color. Laima continued this, sprinkling a pinch on the ground. If the ground didn't change color, Laima would change direction and sprinkle until it did, continuing the path that way.
(@NERD what does Roman's house/apartment/mansion look like so that I can describe the place where Laima and Yeon ended up?)

After all this tireless walking away from the center of town and towards the rich sector, Laima was both glad and shocked as the train led to the inside of the gate of an ornate, modern house. She gaped at it, turning to Yeon.
"Looks like this is where Dove's employer lives," she said. She put away her powder, pulling out a steel bottle instead, covered with a rubber covering stolen from some mass-produced sports water bottle.
"Stand back," she ordered, opening the cap and letting its contents leak over the lock on the gate. When it didn't open when she did, she poured it over the other security devices as well and thrust the gate open.
"Now," she said, gasping, "we need to get her the heck out of there."
Dove stared at the wall. "ROMAN! You can bring me out now!"
Yeon nodded and took out a gun from his waistband. “Let’s get this done then. I’m sure he knew we would be coming, so we can just waltz right through the front.”
"Okay. That sounds good." Laima said, shrugging. She followed Yeon as he walked towards the door.
Yeon went right up to the front door, and finding that it was locked, he slammed his foot into the door and it crashed off its hinges. “Alright, gilipollas!” He called.
Laima shouted, "We're here!"
Dove heard faint shouts from below and rammed the door open, "Roman we're under goddamn attack!"
(I have to go, low battery)
(Alright, seeyah.)
(bye) "Dove it's us!"
(yes)
(I'm going to be gone for 3/30-4/7, cuz I'm going to Disney-world. Feel free to carry on with my characters, but I might get on at night and on the mornings. Just wanted to give you a heads up.)
Dove smiled, "Laima?"
(Alright.)
Yeon appeared by Laima’s side. “I’m here too! Now, how about we get the hell out of this place and grab some coffee, dulce corazón?” He said, easily switching into Spanish.
"I second that!" Laima said. "Alright, we're coming to get you." she said, turning around. Dove's voice seemed to be coming from up the regal stairs, probably, and Laima moved to sprint up the stairs, clutching her taser just in case.
Dove whipped around to meet Roman's gaze. He smiled. "You should go down. I prefer to keep an aura of mystery."
“Let’s just both take a floor, okay? I’ll take the basement,” Yeon says, loading his pistol.
Roman disappeared into the shadows of the room and Dove headed downstairs, "Laima?"
“Damn, sweatheart, what’s it take to get acknowledged by you?” Yeon complained in a playful tone, and he chucked, crossing his arms.
"No idea." Dove reached the bottom of the stairs and raised an eyebrow, "Sweetheart?"
“That an issue? You never complained before,” Yeon jokes, winking at her.
Dove rolled her eyes, "We're co-workers. I chose people outside of the Crygs because I wouldn't mind seeing them die. Remember that."
“Yeah, good luck with that. I won’t be dead for a long time.” Yeon shrugged loosely, still having a sly smile.
"You'll probably be dead in the first five minutes." Dove tossed her hair and walked over to Laima.
“I really doubt it.” He chuckled, looking around the room.
"Hey, at least pretend you'd save me if it comes to that!" Laima said, pouting. "Anyway. Did that Roman guy just let you leave? I didn't think he'd want you anywhere near Yeon." she said, turning around and securing the powder-filled tube back on her waist.
