Her fingers ran along his back absentmindedly. Thelisi looked up at them, giggling.

Havenwood put his hand on the smol boi’s head with a smile.

Elise smiled at Thelisi, too. His bright green eyes stared up at the two.

Havenwood hugged the smol close, feeling fiercely protective of his new family. How could Zeus not care for a family like this? It’s so perfect…

Zeus is Zeus…but you're right. It is perfect. She grinned at him.
(what if the thingys came and like kidnapped one of 'em…maybe elise and the boi? I know you don't like drama though…)

Havenwood grinned back at her. I forgot you could hear my thoughts.

(Yee. Their intention is to wipe out the God race, so they can be all powerful instead of them)

Havenwood giggled gently. Yeah, it’s kinda hard to remember. I guess I’m not used to it yet.

(What if they didn’t know that the two were gods so they held them for ransom or something for Havenwood? Idk I’m desperate)

The grin grew wider. I’ll just keep annoying you like this until you’re surprised to hear me talk.

Poor Thelisi’s going to be so confused. He grinned at the smol.

Elise laughed softly. He’s a god. He’ll get used to it.

Havenwood shifted his head in her shoulder. We’ll raise him in confusion.

Just like the both of us, yeah? She sighed.

Havenwood laughed. Yeah, just less traumatization.

That’s for sure. Her cold, icy fingers intertwined in his warm, soft ones.

Havenwood squeezed her hand and turned his head to look at her. His gaze has warm and loving.

She returned the gaze, one of a deep, burning, determined love.

Havenwood put his hand on the side of her face, pulling their foreheads together, and keeping her gaze locked into his.

I love you. She didn’t dare blink.

I love you too, Elise. Havenwood wasn’t even thinking about blinking; he could be in this gaze lock for hours at a time.

Thelisi squealed in boredom, and Elise picked him up gently, smiling softly down at him.

Havenwood couldn’t help a sigh. Come on, Thelisi!

Oh, he’s fine. Elise booped his nose and turned to lean against Havenwood.

Havenwood sat up against the bed board and supported Elise’s weight. I know he is!

She laughed softly, snuggling into him while holding Thelisi tight.

Havenwood wrapped his arms around them, pressing his head onto Elise’s.

Elise started humming ‘Summertime Sadness’, although she didn’t mean it. She was elated.

Havenwood glanced down at her. Why are you humming that song? It sounds familiar.
