Once they ended up in the kitchen Justin took a seat at the island. “So what did you think? Your likes and dislikes.” Justin asked Marcos.
Once they ended up in the kitchen Justin took a seat at the island. “So what did you think? Your likes and dislikes.” Justin asked Marcos.
“I really likes the bedroom, but the bathroom seemed a little cramped…” Marcos trails off for a second, “What about you? What did you think?” The house was really beautiful… He guessed that most of the houses would be, since Justin had such a high budget.
Justin propped his elbows up on the counter, facing Marcos. "The bedroom was nice and te bathroom was a little cramped. But I am in love with this kitchen…" He motioned around. "It's beautiful. Almost as much as you…"
Marcos blushed a replied, “You’re more beautiful.” He laughed and smiled to Justin, “Should we go check out the other houses?”
Justin nodded. “Wait for Hannah to tell us the numbers of the house then we can.”
Hannah came from around the corner, after looking around the house. “So How did you guys like the house?”
“It was nice, but the bathroom seemed a little… tiny-ish,” Marcos replied, then chewed his lip and asked, “Where is the next house?”
Justin nodded, hugged Marcos.
“The next house is near by, but how about first I tell you more about this house.”
“Hmm?” Marcos tilted his head to the side, leaning on Justin. What’s more to tell?
Justin smiled as Marcos leaned into him.
“The square footage is 1,896, built in 2011. Has a 4 car detached garage, that is 541 square feet. Central cooling, heating is forced air and gas, there is also a fireplace. This house has been on the market for twenty three days at the sale price of $100,000,000. Three bed and 4.5 bath, barbecue area and a jet hot tub. The lot is 7,579 square feet. Any questions?”
“I…” 100,000,000… “Wow… Al-Alright.” He finally got out, but stared at Justin dumbstruck. So much many, and he can just… just buy it. “Wow…”
Justin rubbed Marcos' back, trying to calm him down. “I know what you’re thinking and you make small payments, not all at once.”
“But still!” Marcos exclaimed with eyes as large as saucers, “It’s just… a lot. And you’re paying for it, for us. I feel useless when it comes to money like that.” Because Marcos never put the effort into working to be successful. He was just a gifted sewer rat, stealing to get by.
Justin brought Marcos closer. “Don’t feel bad. What’s yours is mine and what’s mine is yours.”
Hannah watched to two have a cute moment.
“Alright. Alright,” Marcos nodded. Justin was so comforting, he at least felt a little better. Marcos looked back at Hannah, “Where’s the next house then?”
Justin smile got bigger at successfully comforting Marcos.
Hannah answered Marcos' question. "The direct location is on the list I have Justin. But it's not to far away."
“Let’s hurry up, I want to see all of the houses by the end of the day,” Marcos said smugly, pecking Justin on the cheek then stretching. House shopping with Justin… This day couldn’t get any better…
(Want to time skip until after they’ve seen all the other houses, so they can make their decision?)
(Yea)
Marcos looked at Justin as he walked out of the house. All of them had been… breathtaking. But that one of Sympa Avenue, the one that had that perfect kitchen and yard… When Marcos had seen the spare room, which had been painted with little murals- he had turned so Justin hadn’t seen how much he wanted it. That house… Marcos shook himself out of his thoughts and asked, “Which house was your favorite?”
Justin side hugged Marcos as he thought. "I'm not sure… They were all amazing. I would honestly be happy in any of them." All the houses had been amazing, each so different and unique, yet they all fit their ideal house standerds. "What was your favorite house?"
“Remember the one on Sympa Avenue?” Marcos chewed on his lip, and hastily added, “I totally get it if you don’t want that one, I’d be happy with any of the other houses.”
Justin nodded. "I remember that house. That was the one with the murals in the guest room, right?" That house has been amazing. An amazing kitchen, bathroom, spare rooms, and the master was just to amazing for words. "I like that house."
“You do?” Marcos tried to not sound too eager. He didn’t want to influence Justin’s decision too much.
(Gtg, sorry it’s so short)
Justin pecked Marcos' check. "Of course I do. All the houses were wonderful. But I really did like the kitchen of that house. It was family friendly and animal friendly, what's there not to love?"
“So… Can we get it?” Gosh, Marcos felt so greedy, but he was too darn excited. That kitchen… I could cook whatever I wanted… And that guest bedroom… The whole house was a dream come true for Marcos.
"Of course. We just need to make an offer first… That's what Hannah is for." Justin looked down at Marcos. "If you have any questions about the house buying system you can just ask me."
Marcos laughed, “It’s definitely a lot. They should teach these things in schools…How soon can we get the house?” Marcos asked curiously, tilting his head to the side. It would be nice to get everything moved as soon as possible.
Justin opened the car door for Marcos. "Well first we have to make an offer on the house. Then the people who own the house will tell us if they expect our offer or they will counter. That usually takes about three days. If they expect we go to paper work and that can take a little over a week. If they counter we can expect or counter them. That repeats till paper work. Then we can move in."
“Oh… Wow,” Again, a lot of steps… “When do you think we need to start packing?” Marcos asked as he slid into the limo with a smile. Roughly a week… This was so exciting, and just being with Justin turned it from buying a house to buying a home.
"Whenever you want to start packing." Justin slide into the limo next to Marcos. I can't wait to move in to a bigger house with Marcos.
“Do you think Kolu will like the new house?” Marcos murmured, tucking himself under Justin’s arm. There were so many things… Marcos wondered what would become of his Polaris life. He definitely would need to go back into the city for that, but it could wait. Justin was buying most things, he wasn’t on desperate need for cash. Maybe tomorrow, someday he won’t be busy.
