Luna came up to the meadow, Sari in tow. Raven, Antoine, Sora, and Ramus sat in a circle. "Hello," she greeted. "For those of you who aren't aware, this is Sari, who was found at the edge of the forest last night by Ramus. She doesn't have any memory before waking up in the forest last night. Later, we may figure out who she is and why she is here. Right now, however, we need to decide how to best take care of her, and find a place for her to live." She took a seat between Ramus and Sora and Sari sat in between her and Ramus.

Sari stared around at the hundreds of Scoundrels, quivering slightly under their gazes. She straightened her back and crossed her arms, biting her lip nervously, though trying to hide her unease.

Sora gave a quick glance at Sari before barely nudging Luna to get her attention. When she finally did, she mouthed 'Sari', dropping the hint that she looked worried and scared.
She had a good reason too. The council meetings involved every scoundrel including the harbors.
