I know that a lot of the people on here (myself included) often struggle with shit, and I'm terrified that I won't be there next time… and I really want to help y'all.
So, personally, music helps me a lot and calms me down when I'm depressed… Here are a couple of songs I know if you (any of you) ever want or need them. Idk if music will do for you what it did for me, but here anyways…

Hey… I don't know if this will be much help, but i want you to know that you have a purpose. You just haven't found it. And everybody has a different purpose. Mine is to raise children. Somebody else's might be to try to make everybody's life as bright and happy as they can. Somebody else's purpose might be to be as happy as they can themselves. It's different for everyone. You haven't figured out what yours is yet, but you will. Maybe in a few days. Maybe in a few years. But trust me, it's worth the wait. Because once you figure out why you're here, why you want to be alive, why you get up every day, it's the best feeling in the world. It's like everything gets brighter.
So if you can't find your purpose now, just hold on to the fact that you will someday. Remind yoursekf of how happy you'll be when you find it.
