Violet grinned evilly.
Violet grinned evilly.
(And then it was Jason not Nick dun dun dunnnnnnnn)
(GASP)
"It's not…is it?" Alya sighed and fake-fainted. "Go get the door already."
(I'll brb I gotta finish math homework lol)
Jason saw Nick waiting at the door and walked up behind him.
"NICK? IS JASON WITH YOU?" Alya called, heartbeat going off the charts. If both of them had heard what she'd said…
(oof yesssss. Feel free to pull Nick inside while I'm gone)
(mkay)
(Wait nope, I'm here)
"NICK? IS JASON WITH YOU?" Alya called, heartbeat going off the charts. If both of them had heard what she'd said…
Nicholai had walked up to Violet's house, earbuds playing one of his favorite songs. He had just taken his earbuds out before knocking. Hearing Alya's loud reply, his eyes widened. Noticing a presence behind him, it did appear that Jason indeed was with him.
"Um, yeah? Why?"
"Oh, crap. Did you have earbuds in?" She asks nervously, letting them in.
"You sure are asking a lot of odd questions lately," Nick teased, raising a brow. As he walked inside, he noticed Violet's cheeks were flushed. Perhaps from dancing for a few hours. Or…
Nicholai had to keep himself from laughing. Of course! She had a crush on Jason! Biting the inside of his lip, he realized he'd have to keep it a secret. But that was so hard!
Alya felt a bit lightheaded but mocked him, raising her brows too. "I go about things carefully…unlike someone I know." She punched his arm playfully.
Nick's eyes widened at her suggestion. Man, either she knew already or was able to catch on between both his and Violet's expressions…
Was he that easy to read?
"You put your heart on your sleeve, Nick," Alya laughed. She leaned in to whisper in his ear. "I ship Jaslet."
Jason stood in the corner watch the events unfold before him.
"So, gang." Alya smiled brightly at them. "What are we doing today?"
(can we do light Nickla?)
He chuckled at her comment and nodded in agreement.
Nicholai wasn't much of a shipper, seeing as it was mostly a girl's thing, but he had to admit that they would probably end up well together.
(oof, late)
(hmm, yeah lol)
(yeeeeeeee)
"I think we should devise ways to support Violet on her competition." Alya stood. "Let's get brainstorming!"
(Nick would be that friend like: coughs I think Jason should come up with an idea)
Nick hummed in agreement as he sat himself on the floor.
"What about… blasting the "Dancing Queen" song as loud as we can?" he joked.
(how does someone hum in agreement)
Alya turned to Nick. "We should totally decorate the stage in the team colors before the concert." Her eyes lit up.
(It's a thing, ok? Like "mm hm")
"Or that could work," Nick said with a chuckle. His was only a joke, but Alya's was a genuine good idea.
oh//
"Let's do it together. Jason has baseball that day," Alya begins planning on a sheet of paper.
Violet watched her friends plan for her. She sighed and shook her head with a smile on her lips. She already knew at least what she wanted to wear and if anyone was going to have a say in it it was her-
The front door banged closed, signaling someone had just entered. She jerked her head up. "Dad!"
"Why aren't you at the studio? You should be practicing," Mr. Baker reprimanded.
Alya looked up. Hide! She gestured to the others.
It was too late.
"You think hanging out with your friends is more important than the biggest competition of your life?"
"Uh… I… Dad, we-"
"No, stop. You should be practicing."
Violet dropped her chin to her chest. "Okay."
"It was our fault, Mr. Baker. We wanted to cheer her on and kept her here longer than we intended. Please don't blame Violet," Nicholai quickly lied. He felt bad that Violet's dad was so hard on her and didn't want her feeling down when she had just been in a good mood.
"Nicho…" Violet muttered.
Mr. Baker frowned. "Well, she should really be leaving now."
