“She called me personally about it, if you go into the elevator on your left, she’s on floor 7, fifth door to the right.” Marcos smiled appreciatively at the receptionist before tugging Justin to the elevator with a smile, pressing the 7th floor.
"Thank you." Justin yelled to the receptionist as Marcos pulled him to the elevator. Justin climbed into the elevator after Marcos.
As soon as the door closed, Marocs pulled Justin into a deep passionate kiss then pulled away to murmur, “Sorry, I’d really wanted to do that.” He smirked at Justin as the elevator acsended to the seventh floor.
"And you know what I want to do?" Justin pushed Marcos against a wall kissing him deeply.
“What? What do you want to do?” Marcos breathed against Justin’s lips, wrapping his arms around his neck and staring deeply into his perfect eyes.
Justin leaned onto Marcos kissing him. As the doors dinged open, Justin gave Marcos a peck before taking a couple steps back, leaving the elevator.
Marcos pouted and stared down Justin, then walked out of the elevator saying, “You’ll have to tell me later then. When we’re alone in our house,” Marcos finished with a purr, walking to the fifth door on the right and knocking lightly on the door with a mischievous look still on his face.
Justin gave him a look as he walked into the agent's office. When he opened the door Hannah jumped up welcoming them.
“Um, hi,” Marcos said shyly as he entered the office with Justin, sitting down in a chair and staring at his lap.
Hannah gave Justin a hug as Marcos sat down. "So you're buying a house," Hannah spotted Marcos. "Oh, whose this?" Hannah walked over to shake his hand.
Justin laughed slightly at Hannah's actions. "That's Marcos."
“I- uh- hi,” Marocs repeated as he shook he hand nervously, chewing slightly on his lip out of habit. He felt like a small child in a grown up meeting, like he wasn’t meant for this. Never in his life had he ever thought of getting an agent, much less buying a house.
(Morning (at least its morning for me))
Justin took a seat next to Marcos, grabbing his hand to relax him.
Hannah smiled taking a seat behind her desk. "So, do you guys have a location preference and what's you budget?"
“I would like to live kinda close to the city,” Marcos replied, still a little shy but Justin’s prescence made him comforted. He made a little smile at his boyfriend. Gosh, you’re amazing Justin.
Justin returned the smile. “The budget would be between one million a million and a half. You can over if need be.”
Hannah nodded, taking notes on her computer. “What’s on your wish list? That’s really important.”
One million?!? Marcos’ jaw physically dropped as he stared at Justin, dumbfounded. Thats all so much… It took him a moment to answer Hannah, “We… want want a bedroom,” Duh, of course the house would have a bedroom, “I wouldn’t mind a big kitchen. I like to bake…” Marcos trailed off awkwardly.
Justin laughed quietly in his head at how cute Marcos was. "We would like a spacious master bedroom and a kitchen fit for a chef." Justin looked at Marcos to see if that's what he meant.
Hannah nodded typing down what they had said.
Marcos made a small little laugh at himself, then smiled at Justin because he worded it so well, “Can we have a place for a garden too?” He chewed on his lip as he thought for a few seconds. What if, down the line, Justin and I wanted to adopt… No, I can’t say that, I’d make it awkward… “Maybe can we have a spare guest bedroom? I dunno…” Marcos trailed off again. Just in case. He looked at Justin, “What do you want in the house?”
Justin nodded. "Of course we can have a garden." He thought for a minute. Was he saying what I think he's saying? "Well how many spare bedrooms would you like? I would like at least two. A pool would be nice too, maybe a hot tub if possible, but not necessary."
“Two guest bedrooms sound nice,” Marcos agreed with a smile, “A pool would be great.” Seeing Justin shirtless… Marcos blushed a small bit with a smile. He closed his eyes, leaning his head on Justin’s shoulder, “Sounds like a dream.”
Justin wrapped his arm around Marcos. "That's why it's called a dream house." I can't wait to live with Marcos and maybe even adopt.
"Ok, you guys said you would like to live near the city, but do you have anything else you would like about location? Like the houses far apart ir family-friendly."
“I don’t really want to live close to my family,” Marcos said, but he gave a questioning look to Justin before he continued. Marcos knew what he wanted, living far away from his boyfriend’s homophobic parents, but Marcos didn’t know what Justin wanted. He didn’t want to make the call, just in case.
Justin laughed a little. "My family doesn't really live near here so I won't live near them anyway. And family-friendly means that it's a good neighborhood to have a family and raise kids."
Marcos turned a deep red out of embarrassment and let out a little, “Oh.” It just showed how little he knew about house hunting. He almost laughed at himself, “Well, uh, I really wouldn’t mind either, but family friendly does sound nice then…” Marcos hoped he didn’t sound too eager for ‘a good place to raise kids’.
Justin hugged him. So he does want to raise a family. That's good to know. "So are we ready to search?"
Hannah nodded, turning around her computer screen so they could see. "I have several places that match your wish list."
Marcos’ eyebrows raised, “That fast?” He made a small laugh at his ignorance, then grinned at Justin, “This is amazing.” He pecked him on the cheek for emphasis, pulling back with a bigger smile.
Justin laughed at how cute Marcos was acting. "Yes, that fast." Wow. I really do love Marcos. Everything about him is just perfect and I can't wait to see what our future will bring.
"It's simple really. I just put in all the stuff you guys wanted and I get houses with your requirements." Hannah motioned to different parts on the screen. She turned it around so she could look at it better. "Most of them have open houses right now, so we can leave right now if you guys would like."
“Really?” Marcos’ eyes held a tiny sparkle, “I’d love to!” He squealed and hugged Justin tightly, “I love you! This is so perfect!” He grinned from ear to ear, standing. House shopping with Justin…
Hannah smiles at the two. She took a scrap of paper and wrote in it. She then gave the paper to Justin. "Meet me at the first place on the list, that will be the first stop."
Justin took the list and looked at it, holding it so Marcos could look at it at the same time. There were about ten places in the list.
He let out another squeal, taking Justin’s hand and pulling him out of the seat, “C’mon, let’s go, this will be so fun!!!” He couldn’t suppress the stupid grin on his face.
