Bridget stared at the spot where Professor Sinistra had been standing. Her heartbeat echoed in her ears and she couldn't hear how loud her breathing was getting.

“Well… I guess now that we are here, we could look for something that could help us?” Rain turned around to everyone.

"Might as well," Asura said, shrugging and turning toward the row of tall file cabinets. "Let's look for what we need, then figure out a way to get out of here."

Rain nodded, and walked to the other side of the room.

Bridget's breath hitched dangerously and she put her hands on her head, intertwining her fingers through her hair.

"Anybody found anything? Rain? Bridget? Ash?" He asked, running a hand through his hair in frustration as he tried to find Professor Lumic's file.

“Not yet…” Rain was starting to get annoyed. She threw the files on the table.
“Ugh.. I wasted all this time in this cabinet. Nothing..” She mumbled.

Bridget tried to calm down and managed to enough that she could help look through the files. Professor Shultz… Professor Shultz… Professor Katerina Shultz…

“Professor Lumic!!” Rain jumped out of happiness. She quickly ran to the couch that Matt was sitting on, a few seconds ago.

(I thought you said she was still in the hallway??)

(She calmed down and came in the room once she was calmer. Sorry if that wasn't clear at all.)

Bridget jumped, then hurried over to Rain. "What?"

“I found the file!!” Rain waited a second for everyone to gather around.

Bridget was anxious. "Read it."

Matt quickly made his way over to Rain at the sound of her call. "Well, what'ds'it say lil' miss?" He made sure to leave space for other people to crowd around for this new information.

“Axtin! Asura! Ash! Matt?..” (is Yesim with us?)
She was jumping in her seat.

"You found it?" Asura exclaimed, quickly making his way over to Rain. His hands itched to snatch the file out of her hands, but he restrained himself, leaning forward to squint at the file instead.

Rain noticed Asura was way to excited to read it. She just handed him over the file and moving over, letting him sit in the middle.

Bridget shifted. She wanted to find Professor Shultz's file, but she wanted to read Professor Lumic's file as well.

Asura took the file and opened it, holding his breath as he did so. A picture of the professor was at the front. She was smiling, strawberry blonde hair falling to her shoulders, a pair of nerdy glasses falling down the bridge of her nose. Asura smiled sadly, picking the picture up gently and setting it aside. He began to read one of the papers aloud. "Amber Lumic, age 42, gone missing after a senior student reported hearing her scream, but not being able to find her. Has not been reported missing yet."

Axtin rolled his eyes at the final line. So a suspicious scream and a long absence wasn't good enough to file a missing person report? It was pure idiocy not to see it as something to report.

Bridget lightly touched Asura's shoulder, trying to be comforting without words. She offered a reassuring smile.
