"You know, Conscience, we might be getting along." Elise looked to the little cat thing.
"What? No way. We do not get along."
Elise sighed. "Never mind, I guess."

Elise sighed. "Never mind, I guess."
Havenwood glared at the black ooze that was probably the thing's blood and continued chopping into it.
(playing hand clap on repeat and filing my characters while doing this like yes)
"I mean, we don't argue as much as we used to."
"Doesn't mean we get along."
"Alright, alright."
"Say, I haven't heard from Perfection in a while."
Elise sighed. "Please don't bring her up."
(xD good song)
Havenwood rolled his shoulder back and continued chopping, ooze getting on his hands and knife.
(yup)
"Why not? It's not like she's hurting you."
"She's hurting Havenwood, so, same thing."
"You make no sense."
"Neither do you."
"That's a paradox."
"I do hate my own stuff being used against me, you know."
"I know, that's why I'm doing it."
"You have made a terrible mistake."
"Terrible, or glorious?"
"I don't even know at this point."
"I say glorious."
"You're wrong. That's undetermined."
"Not to me it's not."
"Please shut up."
"Aha! Conscience just asked me to shut up!"
Havenwood rolled his eyes and continued chopping at the thing, finally extracting a bone, oozing black.
"Ugh."
"You okay, love?" Elise calls out to the kitchen.
"Yeah, I'm alright," Havenwood called back.
"Okay." She replies, turning back to Conscience. "I'm lucky. I thought you'd be rolling in the fact that I'm a goddess."
Havenwood set the bone down on the window sill and sighed. "I hate doing this."
"Need help?"
"No, just stay in there." Havenwood glanced back at the door then back at the bone. He put his hands on the bone and shut his eyes.
“Just tell me if you need anything,” Elise replies.
Havenwood hummed and concentrated on the bone.
"Fine falls, fine kills. Give this home the power of the divines, stripped from myself and to this article." He inhaled deeply and felt a large pulling sensation. The bone glowed a bright orange, and the house mocked it.
“What the…” Elise blinked. “Did you do it.”
"What, Elise?" Havenwood called.
“Do the…spell, whatever you were doing?” Conscience floats lazily around her head.
"Yes, Elise." Havenwood washed off the knife and his hands and walked into the bedroom.
“Good.” Elise sits up. “That was terrifying.”
Havenwood dusted himself off. "It was, I guess." His voice was dull.
“Lucky you have a sharpshooter with you there.” Elise winked sarcastically.
Havenwood chuckled and laid down, grabbing Elise. He rolled over so he was on top of her.
Elise grinned. “Perfection’s gonna kill you if you keep this up, even if I am a goddess.”
Havenwood shrugged and started kissing her jaw. "I don't really care. If it makes her mad, it's the sooner I can get rid of her."
“Fair point.” Elise smiles.
Havenwood moved his lips down and started gently kissing her neck.
(if this is that was too smutty for you, sorry!)
(I think that’s just the borderline right there.)
Elise smiles, pushing Conscience back under the bed. “I love you, no matter what Conscience says.”
(Kk)
Havenwood grinned against her skin. "I love you too, no matter what Perfection says."
“Mmm…yes, Perfection is a force to be reconked with.” Elise grinned back.
Havenwood chuckled and moved his face up. "Even if we have those forces against us, do you think we should wait?"
