"I-um," Jasper swallowed and pushed his shoulders back. "Yes, yes I did." He was unsure of who or what he had summoned but he sure wasn't going to let it show.
"I-um," Jasper swallowed and pushed his shoulders back. "Yes, yes I did." He was unsure of who or what he had summoned but he sure wasn't going to let it show.
The Demon leaned back on his legs. "Good. Finally. All of those failed summonings were waking me up from my naps."
(Oh I have to go but I'll be back in like 10 mintues)
(Mkay!)
(Sorryyy that took longer than I thought)
"I have summoned you to-" he started, then stopped, "Wait demons take naps?"
(Das ok)
The Demon snorted. "Look, you wanted a respectable, human-like demon, didn't you?"
"Yes, I did," Jasper said, offended. "I just wasn't aware that meant naps that's all. Though I suppose that makes sense. And it makes you more . . . normal."
The Demon stretched out with an obnoxious yawn. "Tooooo right. So whatdya want?"
Jasper was a little taken aback. Yes the demon was respectable and could definitly pass as human, and Jasper had to admit, a little cute, but demons were supposed be scary and formal and- not this. "I have summoned you to be my company in the human realm."
The Demon blinked blandly at Jasper. "Okay? And in return?"
Jasper glared. "Hey it doesn't work that way. I summoned you, you're in my control." He sighed. "Though I guess you can have like my soul after a set period of time? Or I can kill some chickens and sacrifice them to you? What do demons even like?"
"Chickens? You. Think. I. Want. Chickens?" The Demon leaned forward with a leer on his handsome black face. "Dumb mortal, thinking I'm under his thumb like a bug."
Jasper scoffed. "Well, sorry Your Highness. I don't regularly succesfully summon demaons. What do you want then?" he demanded.
"Yeah, I know, you totally blow at it." The Demon scoffed. "Anyway, I dunno. Maybe like a nice room. Since I'm going to be your… companion, I don't need anything else."
"Oh." Jesper tried to hide his surprise. "Well maybe-" All of a sudden there was a knock on the door. Jasper paled. "Quick, hide!" he yelped.
The Demon sat there nonchalantly, humming and flicking dirt from under his fingernails.
Jasper stared at him in disbelief. "Why aren't you moving, let's go!"
The Demon laid down and stretched out. "SUuuhhh since you want me to be your companion and yours only, no one else can see me."
"Oh," he said. "That's convinent." He looked down at the pentagram and candles. "What happens if I erase this?" he asked suspicously, nudging a candle with his toe.
"Nothing." The Demon stretched on the cool ground. "I'm legally bound to you."
"Just like that?" Jasper asked. "Alright . . . " he quickly erased the pentagram and hid the candles. "What?!" he hollered at the door.
The Demon sat up and rumpled his hair. He floated over to Jasper and sniffed him tenderly.
Gay? Awesome.
(Omg I'm dying)
Jasper walked over to the door and opened it a crack. "What?" he asked.
"I thought I smelled smoke," a woman said. "Are you trying to 'summon' something again?"
Jasper looked at the demon over his shoulder and looked back at the woman. "No."
She glared at him suspiciously. "Alright…" She left and Jasper closed the door, letting out his breath.
(wat why?)
The Demon leaned forward, sniffing Jasper's hair. "You're gay, right?"
(That part, the gay part. It just made me laugh)
"What?" Jasper turned bright red. "I'm-uh yeah." He looked at him. "How do you even know that?" he asked.
(oh hahahha)
The Demon leaned forward, very close. "That's cool. Is that why you called me?"
Jasper's face reddened even more and he leaned back. "N-no," he stuttered. "I summoned you to be my companion. Besides," he added, "I didn't even know what you looked like."
The Demon tilted his head, still hovering close. "Do you want to see my True Form?"
"I-I don't know," he said, leaning back more. "I-I guess?" he said, very, very nervous.
The Demon plopped back down on the ground. "Alright." With a crack of blue light, The Demon transformed into a blonde haired, icy blue-eyed handsome young adult.
"Also, my name is Lukie," He said pointedly.
