"You'd think Conscience would have pointed that out as an 'advantage'," She replies, giggling. "But she didn't, so…am I really?"
"You'd think Conscience would have pointed that out as an 'advantage'," She replies, giggling. "But she didn't, so…am I really?"
Havenwood wrapped his legs around her and booped her nose again. "Yes."
"Alright. I can live with that." She responded, trying to shield her nose from any more boops.
Havenwood nudged her chin with his nose, grinning. "No more nose boops, huh?"
"N-no!" She answers, giggling.
Havenwood swung up so he was on top of her. "Gimmie your nose." He pried her hands away from her face, smiling.
"Never!" Elise hides her face.
Havenwood giggled and grabbed her hands in his, then pulled them away. "Yiiiisssss nossseeeee!"
Elise laughs madly, her sides hurting. She swings her body, throwing Havenwood off, and scrambles off of the bed and opens the door. "You want my nose? Then come get it!"
Havenwood scrambled up and chased her out of the room, leaning forward, ready to pounce her down to the ground.
Running barefoot, Elise knew she wouldn't be able to outrun Havenwood. But there were trees - lots of them. Suddenly, Conscience flew up next to her.
"One: The roof. Two: Cheese?" Elise smiles.
"Conscience, you're a genius. You'll get that cheese." She scrambles up a tree and under cover of leaves, jumps to the roof and lays in wait.
Havenwood paused, staring at the open door.
Nah, bed. He turned and went back into his room.
(me)
(lol)
After counting off ten minutes, Elise sighs and clambers down to the kitchen window. Unlocking it slowly, she clambers in, followed by a complaining Conscience. Reaching into the fridge, she hands her a block of cheese. "Go to town. You earned it."
Havenwood was snoring away on the bed, sprawled out starfish style.
Elise rolled her eyes at the sight of him and went back to the kitchen. Grabbing Conscience, she went outside to walk as far away from the house as she could. If all went as planned, Havenwood would spend the day searching for her.
In reality, Elise realized, he'd probably stay asleep all day.
ah yes.
"Why don't you just leave him? If he really loves you all day and all night, too."
"Ah. Conscience. I like the bed."
Why is Conscience so persistent on getting her to break up with Havenwood? So random, so vague.
Bcz she wants Elise to have a profitable future and she thinks H is in the way
Makes sense, I suppose.
