"Nope!" Eve said with a laugh. "Why would we need one of those? It's not like we're being sent to our deaths." she joked, laughing and hoping the others would get her humor.

Beta laughed, she was happy that at least one other person had a sence of humor in this time.

Morgan rolled her eyes. "Guys, this is serious. We do need a plan."

Loki smiled just a little. Truly, death didn't frighten him much, but it would be nice to live.
"Well, I suppose we should learn each other's strengths and create a plan accordingly. Or at least, I imagine that would help."

"Well for starters we should have 'guard' shifts at night." Beta said.

Eve held up her hands in defense, "Sorry Morgan. First we need to elect a leader then try to get some more people. People tend to flock to someone in charge even if they don't quite have a plan yet." she said seriously this time.

Morgan nodded. "Alright, first we elect leader. Then we learn strengths and set up jobs and shifts." She paused. "So, who's leader?"

"I think we should all have a different role," Loki said, adding on to Eve's suggestion, "Sure, having a leader is great, but we can't have one person calling all the shots. Blind faith in one leader, no matter how good, is a terrible idea."

"Well," Eve started, "who wants to be leader? And don't forget to explain why, we want the right leader in charge so they don't completely take over and leave some power to the rest of the group." she finished

Morgan stood up straighter. "I'm fine with any job. Leader, hunter, scout, anything. I'll take the left over job." She looked around at the group. "I vote for Eve as leader."

"Loki has a point." Eve added. "Maybe if we had a few people who are considered 'leaders' and they keep each other in check?" she asked, trying to find a good compromise

"Why me?" Eve looked wide-eyed at Morgan.

Morgan shrugged. "You're the first person here I trusted and because you keep thinking of good points. If you don't want to, I'm sure someone else will."

"I think you could do a good job as our leader too, Morgan," Loki stated, "Don't underestimate yourself."

Morgan shrugged again. "I guess. I just feel like I'm a too much of a loner to be a leader."

"I figure you know more about this place than anyone else, though," Loki told Morgan, "After all, I'm sure your grandfather told you stories about it. Didn't he?"

Sarah heard an alarm sounding all over the place, she felt panic rush trough her like lightning, she looked frantically at everyone covering their ears, she covered her own ears as well and turned back to Eve with alarmed eyes "Why is this alarm going off!?" she screamed over the deafening sound

"Exactly, I think YOU should be leader Morgan, you came up with most of the good points we've talked about. Besides, if you knew me before today, you'd know I don't have the best reputation. I don't know what people would think I was their leader and they found out why I was really here." Eve laughed, knowing that Morgan was the better option for the group's leader.

She nodded. "Yeah, that's true…"

Morgan sighed. "Fine. I'll be leader. What will you guys be then?"

Sarah came back from reality as she accidentaly zoned out, she didn't realize new people have come their way, she was too distracted as what will happen once in the Island. "wait, what where we talking about?"

"We're trying to find a way off the island once we get there. We have no intention of fighting because someone decided they wanted a show." Eve told Sarah. "Would you like to join us?" she asked the distracted girl next to her.

"Oh well, yeah! sure! Im in" she said with enthusiasm building inside of her. At least she wasn't alone anymore

"Guys, meet Sarah. Sarah meet Beta, Loki, and out leader Morgan. That's all that's part of our group right now but we're gonna try to get some more people. It's gonna take a bigger group to get off this island." Eve explained.

Loki waved at Sarah.
"Well, yes, but we may not be able to gather our whole group until later. Don't rush it."

Morgan groaned. "Stop recruiting people so easily."

"Hi" she said, a little embarrased for her lack of attention "nice to meet 'ya" she said a little shy

"Sorry." Eve said ducking her head and blushing furiously. "I didn't mean to, I just met them before you guys and thought they'd be up with joining." she said embarrassed that she'd seemed to rush into recruiting people.
