“As lovely as that sounds, princess, I don’t want everyone to come barging in here,” Oliver said. “But there is another little cabin on the trails around here somewhere. We could always go there at some point where no one can hear…”

“I don’t want that mental image,” Amber said, shaking her head as she lightly rubbed at her eyes. She unzipped her jacket that she had had on under coat, tossing that onto the counter behind her. “It’s really getting hot in here now from the furnace.”

(whoops sorry my computer glitched and i assumed that i never posted that message my bad)

"Help! Help me!"
Evelin woke up, startled. What the hell was that? She pressed her ear to the wall. The voice seemed to come from outside!
"Fierte?" Evelin called, seeing that the girl was gone. "Fierte!" She ran to the door and was about to yank it open when a firm hand stopped her in her tracks.

“The hell are you doing?” Fierte barked. “Have you lost your damn mind? You can’t just run outside screaming, you numbskull.”

Jordan looks around at the yell, "What was that?"

Antoine shakes his head. "I dunno. But I think I see something." He answers, taking a shaky breath.

Jordan grips Antoine's arm tightly

He looks towards Jordan. Then towards what seems to be a hunched over creature.

"It looks like a Wendigo. Im a horror fanatic and I know what Im talking about." He starts to back away

“The hell are you doing?” Fierte barked. “Have you lost your damn mind? You can’t just run outside screaming, you numbskull.”

"Oh my God," Evelin breathed, giving Fierte a quick once over for any obvious injuries. Nothing stood out to her except for the annoyed expression on Fierte's face. "You… you… are you okay?"

“Of course I’m okay, stupid. I have been in the damn kitchen for the past half hour or so. What is your damage?” Fierte demanded

Evelin's worry faded away, replaced with annoyance. "Well, I'm sorry if I would run to help if I heard a distress call from- from any of you! God! I was worried sick!"

Antoine nods. "Just back away slowly." He whispers. "Hopefully it doesn't notice us…"

"Shut up it already has." Jordan snarls

The wendigo paused, turning towards the two boys. It sneered, stalking towards them. "Evelin!" it called in a plaintive voice that resembled Fierte's. "Evelin, help me, oh God, help!"

“You were sleepwalking or some shit. Go back to bed. You’re obviously tired,” Fierte huffed

Antoine nods, shutting his mouth. Fear nearly swallows him whole but he knew this wasn't time to panic.

Evelin sighed. "I never thought I would say this, but you're right. It's just the stress getting to me-" She paused, turning an ear to the door. "Wait. What's that sound? If it's not you, then it's someone else! We have to help!" She ran outside, then froze when she saw a large hulking figure. "What the hell?"

Jordan snarls at the sounds, "Stupid Wendigo… Hey!" He yells, trying to turn it away from Evelin

"What are you doing?" He hisses. "You're gonna get yourself killed." He was fine with dying… Just not happy with the other one dying.

“What the-get back here!” Fierte barked. “What the hell has gotten into you all?!” she shouted

Why does it matter?! Run!" Jordan grabs a nearby vase and throws it at the Wendigo

Antoine shoves Jorban back. "Run get the others… get them to safety." His eyes are pleading. "Please."

(Wait,hold on. Isn’t the first time they see the wendigo in the game when two people go looking for the other cabin and they run into the flamethrower guy?)

(Yeah, I feel like we should probably wait a bit? I was planning on kind of going off the general plot of the game. Really, they don’t start seeing the creatures until they see the “killer”. They find out about what a wendigo is from him.)
