Bastian awoke with a long yawn, though when he tried to roll over he found Avie wedged between him and Halo

Halo was still sleeping peacefully, snuggled happily with Avie.

Bastian cracked an eye open, and he couldn't help but smile dorkily when he saw Halo and Avie snuggled together. Definitely the cute ones in the family

Halo sighs softly in his sleep.

Eventually Bastian went to try and slowly slip out of bed, though when he did so Avie immediately whined and rolled towards him

Halo shifts and nuzzles into the sheets, not willing to wake up.

Bastian kept trying to wiggle away, but Avie just kept chasing him

Halo grumbles. "Stop moving…" he mutters.

"I was going to make breakfast and Avie kept stopping me," Bastian complained

"Stay in bed… pwease?" Halo whines softly, nuzzling into Avie's fur.

"Okay, okay," Bastian chuckled

He smiles and falls asleep again, well, for the most part.

Bastian just laid there, partially squished by the puppy

Avie moves off of Bastian and curls up next to Halo, shutting her ice blue eyes.

"What, I'm not good enough for you?" Bastian complained sleepily before rolling over and wrapping his arms as best he could around both Halo and the puppy

Halo smiles softly, sighing at the warmth.

Avie squirmed at first, though she quickly found she enjoyed Bastian's hugs

"So… what's gonna happen today?" Halo asks softly.

"Laziness? Cuddles?" Bastian mumbled

"Sounds good to me." Halo mutters back.

"And food. And morning neediness. Lots of morning neediness. And maybe we need to take the puppy for a walk or something," Bastian continued to ramble quietly

"Mmm… needy? Already?" He chuckles, "Avie needs a walk, most definitely. And food sounds wonderful… but not right now. I'm happy right here."

(Oof I’m out of school so we can inbox now)

“Yeah, sleep is good too. Bed is nice,” Bastian mumbled

(Okie, I have to head home in a little while, so… I'm not sure when I can Pm. I might be on and off the PM)

"Mmm…" Halo mumbles.

Bastian chuckled faintly, pressing a kiss to Halo’s cheek before making himself comfortable
