"Even though it's not your job? You're not a knight. It's not your job to go around gallantly fighting everyone. If you had let the guards do their job and hid like everyone else you wouldn't be in here. You can be off chasing your girl or causing more ruckus for me to clean up and yet here you are!" She exclaimed. She glared at the nurses who shushed her.
"I've trained with Andion since I was young I am more than capable of becoming a guard if I wanted. I chose not to though so I can stay closer to Victoria." Did she not know that even Andion got hurt? And he is the best guard they have, it doesn't matter if you are the best, you can still get hurt. "Why do you care anyway? If I'm such a nuisance to you, you should be happy that I'm hurt so I can stay out of your way. Honestly you would probably be happier if I was gone!" He stopped and thought about what he just said. "No, I'm sorry, I didn't mean that. I just have a lot on my mind and you lecturing me is not helping."
She stared at him for what seemed like forever. "Is that what you think? That I don't care about you? Of course, I care about you damn it. Why else would I try to do my damned hardest to keep you out of trouble? Why else would I go around and clean up your messes so no one finds out it was you who did it? I care about you. As much as you irritate me and make me want to strangle you I don't want you gone."
People were seriously going to get the wrong idea about them if she says stuff like that. And now the nurses were probably going to spread rumors all over. "Like I said I didn't mean to say that. I know you care and I'm thankful for that and all do." Xavier leand back and put his hands together. "Seriously, I am sorry." It was just weird having someone who cared so much. Claira and Victoria cared, but sometimes it didn't show well. "Thank you."

Isobel huffed and leaned back in the chair. She ran her hand through her disheveled hair. She was still in her ballgown. She hadn't had any time to change what with trying to find Claira and then trying to find Xavier and then yelling at him and then dragging him back to the infirmary. She was exhausted. "You're welcome."

"But can you lecture me less? You'll age faster if you're so stressed out all the time. And we wouldn't want your pretty face to go bad now would we?" He joked. She was probably going to get upset again, but he was only looking out for her well being. He smiled and laughed a bit at what he said.
She glared at him. "Maybe if I keep lecturing you, you'll eventually start to listen to me." If he wasn't injured she would have thrown her shoe at him. "Pretty? If I didn't know any better I'd think you were trying to court me." She teased.
"Yeah right." He laughed. There was no way they could be together. He already had someone he likes. "We would kill each other if that ever happened." And that was true, they would either kill each other or call it off within the first minute. "You probably wish though. With how much you care about me and flirt with me." He put his hands together and threw them side to side like a overdramatic princess.
"Why would I want to be with you? You infuriate me. I'd kill you before we even had our first kiss. And you're the one who does all the flirting. Here I am, lecturing you about what an idiot you are and you're the one who starts putting moves on me!"
"This is how I normally am, so don't go thinking I'm flirting with you and you're somehow special." The only one he really flirts with is Claira and she will be the only one. "Dont get you're hope's up. Plus I think you'd be better with someone like Elliot or Andion. You know the serious type."

"The 'serious type?'" She raised an eyebrow at him. "I do know how to have fun you know. I just know where to draw the line, which you obviously don't."
"Like I said before, I do know when to draw the like. And no, I dont believe you know how to have fun." She was way to serious and needed to let loose or something. "For as long as I've known you I've never once see you have fun."
Andion eventually gave up his chase and headed back to his office. Once there, he took a dagger from his side and slammed it into the table, leaving a considerable indent. He sighed and sat down in his chair, rubbing his face.

Elliot walked into Andions Office “so… the queen is safe?” He asked
“As far as I know, yes, she is.” Andion said simply.
“Who was the man?”
“Mirti, Mitri Dulance.”
“Is he dead?”
“No, but I wish he was.”
The corner of his lip lifted in a half smile “anything I could do?”
“Unless you capture the bastard and bring him to me then nothing.” Andion said, lifting his gaze to Elliot’s.
“Any information on him?”
