"Excuse me?" the grilled cheese started burning. "Shit" he mumbled.

Too late

"this is why i shouldnt let you into the kitchen!" he runs into the room to help stop the mess

"Well darn i didn't mean to… all… 18 times." He said

"oh shut up and get out of the kitchen ill make you guys food" he says as he shoos the other guy out of the room "dang amercans cant cook" he mutters

He sat down at the counter and watched.

"Hey, I semi-know what I'm doing most of the time!" She said defensively

"My question is how am i able to work at a cafe and not burn anything down."

"shut up and let me cook" he mutters as he makes them some grilled cheese and salad "i made salad too now eat up" he says handing them two plates and does not get one for himself

"Aren't you going to eat?" he asked as he started to eat.

"Well, coffee isn't a burning type of food."

She looked up at him. "You need food too."

"nah im not hungry" he says brushing it off, they had never seen him eat anyhow

"Dude, you need food."

Arden looked at the time and got up. "Sorry, i have to go, somewhere." he said grabbed his keys and left.

She bit her lip, eating before standing. "I'm going to… do a thing."

He ran down the street for a while.

She went into her room.

He turned a corner and stopped in a alley and turned on his phone to make a call.

"when will they cetch on that i dont need food, dang lovable idiots" he muttered as they left "i need to go stop that 'hero'. when will the people see that heroos are as bad as villians"

He told the person on the other end of the phone he was going to be late and he was sorry.

She slipped into her hero costume, jumping out the window.

He stepped out of the alley and started running again.

She made her way along

"lets see rob a store to feed the kiddos, thats next on my list" he chuckles thinking of the kids smilles and them saying that hes thier hero. the kids ae some of the only people that do

He stopped in front a building that was half run down looking and just stared at it for a moment.

After a minute he opened the door and walked in to the building

She walked along, humming.

He looked around before going to the stairs.
