She took a breath and opened her eyes. Don't say it. "No, I'd choose you, Ty." You did it again. She looked back at the tile and the multicolored specks scattered on them.
She took a breath and opened her eyes. Don't say it. "No, I'd choose you, Ty." You did it again. She looked back at the tile and the multicolored specks scattered on them.
Ty wasn't sure if he should hug her or still keep his distance. He chose the first as he ran over and wrapped his arms around her. "You have no idea how happy I am right now." He back away after a few moments, because he wasn't sure if she liked him just suddenly hugging her like that. "May I ask why you chose me over Xavier? You obviously don't have to tell me if you don't want too."
"Well you were right." She felt herself blushing as he hugged her. When he stepped away, she looked down to hide it. "Xavier is perfect. And perfect is boring." Her heart was beating fast, threatening to jump out her chest.
"So, I'm the sometimes funny, depressed, imperfect, creative, awkward guy that you like?" Ty smiled sweetly and laughed. "Well, Thank you." Ty took Kate's hand in his, they were small and warm, exactly how he imagined them to be. "I can't cook, the best you'll get from me is the simple stuff, I don't have a fancy car, Indo have my grandma's truck though that would be perfect for long drives and stargazing, I can drew you any pictures you like, and I'm great at cuddling. I can't promise that I won't make you mad or frustrated and we and may fight. But, I can promise that I will try my best to make to happy with everything that I have. Of course, if you agree to go out with me." Ty's hand went to his forehead. "I'm sorry, you just got out of a relationship and he I am trying to start one. We can take it slow if you want."
"I-"
(Dun dUN DUUUUNNN cliffhanger again I gots to go XD nighteo my doods)
(Throws chair across the room. How dare you do this to me again!)
(I just woke up and I can't explain to you how hard I laughing XD, my apologies my friend)
"I will go out with you." She let out a laugh and a smile. Looking up into his eyes, it sent a shiver similar to the one she got when he took her hand. Her smile disappeared. "Wait, how does this work?"
“So what class do you have next?” He asked
"I have band and then English next. What about you?" She asked, hoping they might have at least one class together.
"How does what work?" Ty was happy she said yes, but was confused by her question. How was Xavier going to react when Ty tells him. Knowing Xavier he would just congratulate them.
"Since I got kicked out, I've been staying at Xavier's house. I mean, what if he's upset? I'll get kicked out again. And what's-" she continued her rambling for a few minutes looking at the floor.
"Xavier's not that kind of guy. He wouldn't kick you out I promise and I'll just meet you at his house every morning so it won't be awkward." Ty took her hands and held them. "Kate, I promise that I won't let anything bad happen to you."
(Sorry if I don't answer right away, I've been extremely sick.)
An uneasy sense of dread settled in Blue’s core. He tapped his fingers, watching the clock. Just a little bit longer, just a little bit until the bell. He continued writing on his arm, Vash??? He then proceeded to draw a large thick arrow down his arm, hopefully something to get her attention.
When she arrived back at the office Joe was waiting. He had a not so happy look on his face that scared her a little. "I can report you, you know." She said making eye contact. Joe just shrugged, "and I can send you away" a challenge in his voice. Vash panicked "please don't. I'll do what ever it takes to stay" her voice a plead. At that Joe had a look of victory on his face, "fine. Just follow the rules. Don't bring that boy around. Come home before ten. And don't, fight back." This was deffet, giving up so much just to stay with someone that you love. "Fine" she kept her face strong and went back to class. Joe alowed her to stay thankfully. But now she had yet another secret she had to keep from blue.
Blue tapped his foot nervously, and thank gosh the bell rang. He basically ran out into the hallway, searching the crowds for Vash, “Vash!” He called as his eyes searched franctically, walking towards the office in hope to find her still there. Something was wrong.
“So what class do you have next?” He asked
"I have band and then English next. What about you?" She asked, hoping they might have at least one class together.
“I have a free class then English. After lunch I have art.” He said
Vash walked out of class and kept her head down. It was the one time she didn't want Blue to see her.
“Vash!” Blue called again, just standing in the middle of the hall and looking. He felt a strange pull from behind him, almost like an internal compass, so he turned. There was Vash, across the hall walking with her head down. Blue rushed over to her, “Vash, are you okay?” He asked frantically, grabbing onto her hand with a face full of concern.
"Huh, uh yeah." She let her face slip into a smile. "Sooo, how was the rest of class?" She asked hoping he wouldn't ask why she was called to the office.
Blue was caught off guard, “I- um, it was good, but what had happened? I heard your name on the announcements…” Blue trailed off, but looked at Vash with concern plaguing his every feature.
"I uh. Nothing happened. Everythings fine." She gave her reassuring smile. "So uh…off to lunch then?" Vash beemed.
“Vash?” Blue looked at her with pleading eyes. Something happened. He didn’t want Vash to be in trouble, and if she was- Gosh Blue would probably ruin everything again if he tried to fix it. *No, this time I’ll know the whole story, this time I can protect her… “Vash, I- I won’t ruin everything like last time.”
"Ruin? No you haven't ruined anything. Its fine." its just I have to go home tonight but I can't tell you because I'm scared. she swung their hands back and forth. "So uh. Lunch?"
“I- Um, lunch,” Blue agreed, but his voice was heavy. His heart sunk. She didn’t tell him what happened, she didn’t trust him. She couldn’t trust him after what he did, maybe. He wasn’t good enough for her. More words of doubt entered his mind, and he let his hair fall into his eyes. Blue felt disconnected, and he didn’t even realize when the words Vash had written disappeared from his arm. He started to chew his lip as they walked, not being able to look at Vash.
I'm so so sorry "hey, are you okay?" She asked reaching up to push the hair out of his eyes. The feeling she had when they first kissed came back, but this time it was far more painful. The hollow painful feeling. Almost like she had pushed herself away from him this time.
Blue forced a smile which didn’t quite reach his eyes, “Yeah, I’m fine.” But his eyes were absent of the sparkling glint, a hollow feeling settling in the pit of his stomach. It felt like silence after a beautiful symphony. Like it just got cut short. Blue released Vash’s hand to wring his own.
The sudden warmth of his hand leaving hers made the feeling worse. Almost as if she could curl up in a deep dark hole and never emerge again. "I-" she stopped short. "I'll be right back." She turned into the nearest bathroom.
(Noo!!! Child don't push yourself!!!!! Get better!!!!)
"I- okay." The whole world seemed to slow when he took her hands. It was a different feeling for Xavier. This one felt more like it was meant to be.
“Okay,” Blue responded, then leaned on the lockers just outside of the bathroom. Or maybe he should just head to lunch? Did Vash even want him here? Blue wrapped his arms around himself, hating that sick feeling in his gut, hating the way his arms tingled with a want he’d pushed down so deep these past years. But if he just had something sharp… Blue swallowed and forced himself to stay where he was.
"I'll talk to him okay?" Ty moved to sit next to her and laid her head on his shoulder. Xavier would most likely let her stay in his guesthouse, he wasn't cruel enough to kick her out. "Do you want to head to class or would you rather stay here for now?"
(I'm going to insert here and cry because I can't even right now 😭😭 BLLLLUUUEE!!!!)
The world was right as her head was on his shoulder. She put her arms around him and held on. She didn't want to move. "I don't know."
