Xavier's eyes widened. Is that what she thinks of him? "You think I'm looking down at on Ty?" He thought about it, and maybe it was true, maybe he used Ty to make himself look better. Ty was still his bestfriend though. "I'm not perfect you know." Xavier thought back to a time in middle school where he took Ty's crush from him. It wasn't his fault that she was attracted to him. "I'm so full of myself." Xavier's head fell into his hands. How has Ty felt all this time?
"That's not what I'm saying!" She took her hand away and stood up resting her hand on the chair behind her so she didn't fall. "I'm saying, look at how Ty might be feeling." She shook her head and sat down. "Sorry, I didn't mean to. I." She sighed.
"Don't apologize. You're completely right, I haven't been a very good friend." He wasn't thinking about Ty at all, he was upset when he said he was leaving, bit also a bit relieved. Damn it, Xavier what have you done? "Wait, why do you suddenly care so much about Ty?" He lifted his head to look at her. He knew there was something wrong with her as soon as Ty left.
"I- I don't know." And she didn't. It didn't even start here, it was the football field. It was somehow knowing it wasn't Xavier who was carrying me. It was him skipping for this. Over all, it was seeing Ty, seeing him, not as a flirt or as Xavier's friend but as Ty. That wasn't a reason. It wasn't a reason to explain why she felt the sudden need to know him. "I really don't know."
"He's amazing isn't he? I told him he was, he just never believes me, it could be because of his family though." Xavier knew what was going on, it was obvious, maybe not to her, but he could tell. "Too bad he's leaving." It was to late to try and change things.
"Families make you feel more worthless than you'd think." She knew it first hand. Her parents did a good job of this. "Is there any way to stop him?" Why do you care? It felt like her insides were crumbling knowing he was leaving partly because of her. He wanted a new start and got one. Until it got swept up by Xavier.
"I don't know, he's extremely stubborn." And hard headed and his stupid fake smile and what's up with wearing contacts? He looks fine in his glasses, I like his actual personality than his fake happy flirty one. Everyone else would think the same, but he's such a damn coward, that he wont show anyone. "I'm so made Injust want to beat his face in." How dare he leave after all this time! After all we've been through together. My bestfriend is leaving me. Xavier felt angry and sad at the same time. "And I know if he leaves we won't see him again, he's very good at disappearing."
“What do you like?” He asked

"Um, I don't really mind what we watch."
"We need to do something. We can't just let him leave!" She got up and quickly disconnected the heart monitor from the screen. She took the tubes that gently fed her air off her face. Immediately, she felt weaker. She disconnected from the IV and walked to the door, trying to stay up. She couldn't and fell near the door.
"Don't be stupid, you don't have the strength to bring him back right now." At this point he didn't know if even Kate could change his mind. "You should just stay here." I could always bring him back here, honestly I don't want to though. I could always take her to him, but that would be a bad idea. "He said he's not leaving till after school tomorrow, so try to get better by then and then we can see him off, okay?"

“I have to finish a piano peice for music but other than that I don’t know.”

Ash thought for a minute about her schedule for the next week. "Yeah. My band will have practice at some point, but I will leave Tuesday free for our movie."
"Don't be stupid, you don't have the strength to bring him back right now." At this point he didn't know if even Kate could change his mind. "You should just stay here." Kate got up and sat back next to him. She looked at her hands in her lap, shaking. She quickly squeezed them into fists. "How can you wait to tomorrow?" A nurse came in and scolded her for a few minutes while attaching everything. She eventually left having other patients to tend to.

"Because I know nothing you will change if I go now. I have to go now though, please, get some rest." Xavier couldn't stay any longer. It was like that room was suffocating him. I'll go sleep and be ready for tomorrow.

Kate had been released from the hospital night before. She was determined to go to school the next day. She needed to stop Ty. She went back to Xavier's and fell asleep, this time on the bed. The sun was just beginning to rise bringing all different magnificent colors to the sky. She quickly awoke and got ready. There is no way I'm letting him leave, especially if it's my fault.
Xavier was already gone and at school he couldn't face Kate. He sat in an empty class, staring out the window. Ty was there as well, but he was in art class he was packing but then got bored and was painting on his arms. He planned doing a night sky on one arm any a blue sunny sky on the other.
