Ava: Ummm well you see where I'm from if you aren't seen as very useful or like different in any way then you become a waitress or waiter. my main thing is that I draw and drawing isn't very useful. there's also the fact that I like girls which is different I guess.

Daniel: I was labeled an inutil by my society because everyone knew i was, as they put it, un puto, and wasn't able to find a job. I had to join Theo's band of callejeros to survive. Then of course I had to steal for food, and I was caught and sent to boot camp. In a way, I understand your situation.

(( you don't have to be a good writer to make a good story, i dont think, as long as you can manage a plot well. Maybe a play script? There's less need for decriptive and captivating language. and you're plenty good at writing dialogue))

Ava: I’ve only been in training for probably a month, but it feels like longer. There are some kids there. Some of them are just baby’s. They are the main reason why as soon as I’m placed in a home I’m going to join the rebellion.
