Blue smiled and turned to Vash, leaning in a kissing her lips gently, slowly building it into something more passionate. He put his arms on her waist, holding her close as he kissed her, but still made sure she could push away if she wanted to.
Vash leaned into the kiss not wanting to push away. Gosh she loved him. And gosh how it would hurt once he found out. She trusted him yes. But she didn't want to be rejected. Not again. "I love you" She said pulling away but staying in his arms.

She put her arms around his waist. "Now I know." She laughed a little.
"You shouldn't doubt my skills." He laughed eating his food. He was starving since he didn't eat lunch. "What do you want to eat for lunch tomorrow?"
She laughed. "I don't know, suprise me." She let go as he finished his plate and began to spin around the room. Everything blurred together.
"Okay I'll surprise you." He stood and stopped her from spinning and hugged her. "You should get some sleep." Xavier needed sleep as well, he had a long training day tomorrow.
Kate giggled as he stopped her, the world still spinning. He steadied her as he hugged her. "Okay," she said with a pouty face.
"I'm sorry, I'm just tired from practice." And he wanted time to think. He kissed her forehead and smiled. Xavier kept Kate up late and he didn't want to keep her up even later.
"Well then," she said raising her eyebrows, "shoo!" She pushed him out the door. She waved at him, smiling as she shut the door on his face.
"Hey." It was weird that she just pushed him out, he didn't question it though. Xavier walked up to his room and laid on his bed, immediately falling asleep.
To be honest, Kate didn't feel the slightest bit tired. For about thirty minutes, she sat by the window looking at the stars, falling in love with each individual star. Finally, her eyelids fell. She was too lazy to get up on the bed, so she just laid down on the floor, feeling unusually but comfortably warm, forgetting that she was still wearing Xavier's jacket. Her consciousness slipped away.
Xavier did his usual routine, making food was new though. He didn't mind, him and Kate needed a good meal for lunch. He packed it up and walked out to the guest house. "Kate are you awake?"

Kate was still passed out on the floor. In the back of her mind, she could hear someone saying something, but she didn't want to leave the safety amd warmth of her dream.
"Kate, were going to be late for school!" He shouted hoping she would hear him this time. "I'm going to go start the car really quick." He ran to the car and turned on the heat so it would be warm for them. He honked the horn a few times to get her attention.
Kate jumped awake, startled by the horn. Shoot. She freshened up and gathered her stuff before bolting out the door. She got into the car. "Sorry." She buckled herself in.
"No, it's my fault. I kept you awake really late last night." Xavier pulled out of the driveway and drove to the school. "How did you sleep. And sorry if it was awkward last night."
Kate could still feel the floor against her waist. "It's okay. I didn't fall asleep for a little, I was busy watching the stars. I did eventually though. On the floor." She laughed. "But besides that, I slept well."
"You slept on the floor?" He glanced at her for a moment then back at the road. "Why didn't you move to your bed?"
"I decided to be lazy." That and she felt better when she could see the stars. She had a window next to her bed that sue didn't put curtains over. In her mom's room (and dad's at the time), there was a black curtain covering the one window they had. The stars meant she was safe. "Even so, the floor was actually really nice."

"Mm, ready to head home?" She asked swinging back and forth. " After all we do have school tomorrow. Vash reluntcly pulled out of blues arms. It won't last, nothing ever does. she didn't grab his hand this time. It felt right, but horribly wrong all at once.
"Well if you slept good then that's all that matters." Xavier pulled into school and got out. "We better hurry to class or we will be late." Xavier grabbed Kate's hand and ran to class. He was not going to get in trouble again.

“Yeah, Blue said with a smile, savoring how they held hands. It just felt so… meant to be. So they walked all the way home- to Vash’s house holding hands together. And Blue realized how much he loved her. She was everything to him.
She ran with him, almost tripping several times. I mean, he's the fastest on the football team. They made it to class just as the bell rung. Kate was out of breath as they walked in. Her chest screamed for air she struggled to give.
Vash stopped before entering the house, "look um…maybe you should enter threw the window tonight?" She shyly looked at the ground. "I mean, it'd be kinda cool. Like in the movies" She said looking up but refusing to make eye contact.
Blue could tell something was wrong, “I’m not supposed to be here, am I?” He tilted Vash’s chin up with his hand, “What is it?”
“That’s up to you.”
"Then let's go play play the bean bag toss game." Ash smiled and pulled on Liam's arm yet again to drag him to the games.
They went to the game

"No its fine" she said, "its just…I've always wanted it to be like the movies! It'd be really cool." She smiled. "Really cool" she was trying to sell her point. please believe me she thought.
“Are you sure?” Something was still off, but he didn’t want to push her. He glanced inside, as if he could see through the exterior, “If you say so, but I don’t know how to scale a house.”
"Sorry, did I run to fast?" He went to sit in his usual spot, but Ty was sitting there doodling in his sketch book. "It's rare for you to sit by the window." Ty looked over and smiled. "I wanted to see why you like it so much."
"Uuuh…there's a leader next to my window…" She laughed at herself. "You just have to stand it up" with that she went inside.
"You're home late" Joe looked to vash. "Sorry I had-" he cut her short "I don't care if you had something. I just want to know why you invited someone over last night" he stood and walked over to her. "I…he's a friend and I just-" again he cut her short but this time with a slap to her left cheek. "I'm sorry" she said. "Go to your room" and with that she headed up stairs to open her window. Hoping there wasn't a bruise forming.
