Jace hugged his legs, feeling it not quite right to leave places without permission, yet nodded anyway. "Okay. Thank you," He murmured quietly.

"You… don't need to thank me." Allison said slowly. "Now, why don't you get dressed, find something that fits alright and then come out for breakfast? You've been sleeping in that jumper, you need a change of clothes." she smiled.

Jace looked over at the closet. "That stuff… is for me?" He looked back up at her, shock and unsureness written all over his face.

"Of course it is. Some of it might be too big or too small though, we weren't sure what sizes to get." she said.

Jace looked back over at the closet as though he were expecting it to disappear. "Are… you sure?"

"Of course I'm sure! Now, put on something comfortable and then come out and eat breakfast." Allison said.

Jace slowly got up and nubbed over to the closet to look at the clothes. "Uh, I don't know what my sizes are."

"Just find something you think fits and you find comfortable." Allison said, and exited.

Jace looked for clothes similar to what he was wearing and found an overlarge sweater which he changed into with a light blue undershirt with a pair of khaki shorts that he found rather snug, yet comfy.

Allison sat in the kitchen, nibbling on saltine crackers. She felt lightheaded, as if she was about to faint, but ignored it. It was probably nothing.

Jace milled fretfully around his room, fiddling with his chipped, dirty fingernails, not sure what to do next.

"Hey, Allie told me you were in here, if you're ready, come out and eat breakfast." Samuel said, passing by Jace's room and walking to the kitchen.

Jace jumped a little when Samuel appeared. "Oh, I'm not hungry."

"Ah, alright then. When you are, let us know." he said.

Jace nodded and sat back down near the bed, wiggling his knees unconsciously.
