Teo noticed the giggles "Hey, its not funny!"

"Yes, it rather is!" Adlyn calls back

"fine its a bit funny" his Italian accent making the words sound exotic

Adlyn giggles again. She ends up falling out of the tree and spraining her wrist, but continues to laugh.

"oh shudup" he said with a scowl on his face

"Hey, I fell as well," she said, her posh british accent making her sound smart

She pushed her hair out of the way and looked at him

She suddenly felt shy again and turned to leave

"Im Teo, you?"

She turned back to him. "Adlyn. My friends call me Ada." She smiled.

"so ada why are you here?"

"Ummm, I'm not really sure. My parents wanted me to get away from people, so… here I am, I guess?"

"im here too get off duties for a bit, though i left my sister in charge so when i get back im going to have a mess to deal with" he laughed

"im a god ,i left my sister Umbria in charge and she has no impulse control" he gave a fleeting smile

Adlyn gaped at him. She tried to speak but no words came out.

Idunn got to the hotel about an hour ago. she had put her stuff in her room and automatically found the garden. she walked around looking at all the flowers.

Adlyn smiled weakly at Teo. "I;ve gotta go. I promised my mom I'd call her."

"you wanna get coffee sometimes? you seem like good friend material" he said

Adlyn sighed. "Yeah, that - that would be nice." She left, waving goodbye.
