Lenny smiled at him. This summer was sure starting out good!

Lenny awoke to the sounds of bird. She smiled as the sunlight hit her face. Today felt good.

Levi yawned, stretching as he sat up. Brrttt Brrrttt He groaned. Stupid chainsaws. He put on a new pair of clothes: jeans and a blue and green flannel.

Zoey sat up in her bed with a start. She could feel breathing in her ear. Then she smiled, remembering. She sat up and picked up the little beagle that had slept on her pillow the night before. When she had gotten home after hanging out with her new friends, it was waiting in hr father's arms for her. She finally had a puppy! She had previously lived in an apartment in a building that was no animals allowed.

Zoey slid into dark skinny jeans and an orange tank top and black tennis shoes. Then she grabbed her puppy and it's leash and went down stairs for breakfast.

He admired himself in the mirror for a few seconds before going out to his kitchen to get breakfast. Levi's dad had just finished making pancakes. He ran up and grabbed two, putting them on a plate and lathering them with syrup.

Lenny hopped out of bed, and put on a pair of ripped jeans ( she ripped them on her own; she's very active ) a baggy white t-shirt, and some tennis shoes. She brushed her hair, pet her cat, and ran downstairs. Her parents were awake and in the kitchen, so she said good morning, grabbed a plastic bowl of strawberry's, and ran out the door. She was exited to see her new friends again!

After Zoey finished her breakfast, she ran outside, followed closely by her puppy and looked for Lenny. She finally spotted her and shouted, "Lenny! Over here!"

Levi was eating his pancakes before he realized that he had to meet his friends. He hurriedly stuffed the rest of the food into his mouth (much to his dad's disappointment). He grabbed his shoes and shoved them on before running outside. Levi tripped over his shoe laces that he had forgotten to tie and he fell to the ground, ripping his pants. He quickly stood up and tied his shoes before racing off to the pond.

Lenny saw Zoey and her puppy, and smiled. "Hi Zo! Who's this cutie?" she asked, bending down and petting the dog.

Zoey giggled. "This is my new puppy Jasper!"

( aww! )
"Aww he's adorable!" Lenny cooed, scratching him behind his ears. Standing again, she took a deep breath. "Wanna go to the pond?"

Zoey nodded enthusiastically. "We'll race you!" She shouted gleefully and took off with Jasper trying to keep up as well as he could on his tiny legs, barking happily.

( wait will it even let you open that )

Lenny laughed and ran to catch up with Zoey.
( Shoot! My lap top is being weird. Well, lets say she looks like the girls from the most recent parent trap. But with greener eyes. )

(Ah yes. I understand now. One of my younger sisters drove me crazy by watching it like, twice a day. XD)

Lenny stopped at the pond, panting. Zoey came right behind her with her puppy, and she plopped down onto the grass.

Zoey dropped on the ground beside Lenny. "That was fun! You're a good runner!"

Levi, who had just made it to the pond, saw Zoey and Lenny and…a dog?! He ran over to them and pet the puppy. "Who's this little guy?"

Zoey smiled. "His name is Jasper. I got him last night!"

"Cool." Levi responded. He sat down on the grass with the two girls.

Lenny sighed. "Just letting you know, that we're getting more ice cream later!" she said, sitting up.

Zoey laughed. "Yay!" Jasper barked in agreement.

"Okay." said Lenny as she stood. "What do we do now?" she asked.
