Kiko saw someone watching them talking. They looked… distant.
"Hey, are you okay?" She shouted to their one-person audience

thanks and is kiko talking to him?//

"yes im okay, idio- i mean are you a counsler?" he replied

Kiko's brow furrowed. Had he almost called her an idiot. She cleared her throat. "I'm a volunteer. I don't actually work here, but I do this year!" A nervous laugh escaped her lips. She must actually look like an idiot.

"Im Onyx" he said 'dont talk to the idiot' the voice in his head says "she dos not seem like an idiot, though" he says outloud, not realizing it

“And neither do you.” She said, only half smiling. “Nice to meet you Onyx.” He seemed like a nice enough guy. “What are you here for then?”

"schizophrenia, impulse control disorder and Bipolar disorder" he said no emotion in his voice

He seemed like he had bren through this type of thing before. She didn’t know what to say. “Uuuh…” she drew in a shaky breath “I have depression.” That was awkward to say the least.

"that sucks" he said and didnt push it "have you met any other campers except for me?" he asked

“No,” she smiled. “You’re the first! Lucky you,” she said in a sarcastic, deadpan voice. “Hope you have fun here!” She said walking away to the main site.

"wahoo" he said with no emotion whatsoevr

“You’re an odd duck. See you later Onyx!” She said, a hopeful tinge in her voice

"sure" he said walking away that went well he thught to himself 'no it did not you idiot. that was horrendous'

Kiko turned back to the volunteer in front of her. Onyx seemed… off. She continued to talk to Ray anyway.

Onyx went to find the cabin he would be staying in, he checked his cabin number and thought where the heck is my cabin my legs are dead the voice responded with 'how should i know im a figment of your imagination'

Ray started to talk to Kiko, "So who was that kid?" He asked

Kyo stood in one place, confused as to what she was supposed to do. She looked around, confuzzled.

“Oh, he’s a camper. Just casual chat about our lovely little mental health cocktails” She spied another child over the road. “Excuse me? You look confused,are you okay?” She turned back to Ray “Sorry, I just can’t help but help, ya know?” Well, that was limp.

Kyo looked around, no one else seemed to be around, “Do, do you mean me?” Kyo asked in a small voice.

“Yes,” Kiko said, a kind smile on her face. “Welcome to camp! I’m Kiko.”

“Oh, um, I’m Kyo. What, what do I do..?” Kyo asked. She bit her lip, looking around nervously.

“Oh um…” Kiko didn’t have much of an idea either. She pointed to reception “Go there. They’ll tell you where your cabin is and stuff. Hope you have fun here. I think you’re going to like it”

"no you wont! i just found out that this is where our parnts sent us to get rid of us" Onyx called out s he walked out of the reception area

“Don’t—“ Kiko started “Don’t listen to Onyx. He’s just joking. Right Onyx?” She said with raised eyebrows.

"nope" he said with a smirk on his face

Kiko suppressed a smile. Onyx was starting to grow on her. “Anyway,” Kiko continued, turning back to Kyo “Reception will tell you everything you need to know. Trust me, you’ll be fine.”

“Uh, ok…” Kyo walked up to reception, “”I-I was told to come here?” Kyo said uncertainly.

“Hey Onyx,” Kiko called over. “Do you want me to show you to your cabin?”
