yeetymcyeeterson, turn off your phone/laptop/computer and leave it in another room
do 25 minutes of uninterrupted work, then 5 minutes of internet
do that cycle 4 times, then give yourself a longer internet break, like half an hour
pomodoro the heck out of your homework

like you obsessively do your homework and can't think about other stuff and it distracts you from other important stuff that needs to be done
